Trying to download Master Collection CS5.5

I bought the Master Collection CS5.5 a while ago and need to download it again.  I can download the file but can't open it.  How do I get a file I can open and use?

The .7z file is a very big file so you have to wait so that it will finish and then only try to run the .exe file and follow the on screen instructions to install.
*** If you try to run .exe file when the .7z file is still downloading, it will give you a error.
Delete the old downloaded files and try to download again.

  • Cannot fully download a trial of Master Collection CS5.5

    I want to download a trial version of Master Collection CS5.5 onto my computer, but the download assistant doesn't seem to be working correctly. The download bar gets to 20.98% downloaded, then just stops. I've tried pausing, but it refuses to resume, turning off Firewall has no effect. I have no idea what the problem is. It downloads other products fine.
    Anyone out there who can help please?

    Okay... I turned off Antivirus & Firewall, deleted contents of local store folder, clicked on download trial button from the Master Collection trial page, accepted the terms and conditions, and started download. Then it came up with error 109. Then tried reset button, clicked no to start from beginning, which resulted in error 108 then error 109 again. Then closed Download Assistant, to find that i couldn't get on to the internet. Firefox came up with the error that it was configured to a different proxy server that was refusing connections.  I then rebooted, which sorted the internet. ??????!
    Oh, and i checked the Local store text file again, which had quite a list of errors. First one was #3219 again. Next i'll try using Chrome to download.

  • Adobe Master Collection CS5.5 Installation Error.

    Hi
    Trying to install adobe Master Collection Cs5.5 into school machines through msi. 11 out of 24 machine installation went fine without any errors. But rest of the machine are giving errors.
    Saying "We've encountered the following issues: Installer failed to initialize. Please download Adobe Support Advisor to detect the problem."
    We install the support advisor but nothing happen. Support Advisor failed to find out any issues.
    We reimage all PCs but still no luck. We are a Preston Manor School. Search alot over the internet, blog, adobe website but our problem still here and not letting us to install the software.
    Our Machine Specs are:
    Running Windows XP  Professional 32 bit (SP3)
    Processor:  i3
    RAM: 4GB
    Hard Drive: 300 GB

  • Help! Premiere only program from Master Collection CS5 that won't install

    Hello,
    I have a MacBook Pro running OSX 10.5.  I have installed the Adobe Master Collection CS5 and everything works fine except Premiere Pro CS5.  It won't show up in my applications and appears to not show up regardless of what I do.  I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times, used the Adobe Creative Suite Cleaner Tool, and even downloaded Premiere Pro CS5 on its own and tried installing, all to no avail. It just doesn't show up, and when I did the standalone Premiere Pro it installed Encore and Bridge but not the main program.  Has anyone else had this problem? Any ideas as to how/why this might be happening?
    I believe that at one point this computer had Premiere CS4 installed, but it no longer does.  I had to replace the hard drive.

  • Adobe Master Collection CS5.5 - Application Manager Problem

    Hi Community!
    Recently I downloaded the 30-days trial version of Master Collection CS5.5.
    Everytime I try to run Photoshop x64, an error occurs which says that I have to update my Application Manager. The 32bit Version of Photoshop works fine.
    When I try to install the Application Manager Update, it shows "installation initialysing", but nothing more happens.
    What is wrong with it?

    Are you Mac or Windows? If Mac, please quit all programs, launch Disk Utility and Repair Permissions.

  • Adobe Master Collection CS5.5 Install Manager keeps popping up whenever an CS app is selected-HELP!

    I have recently continued to have an "Error: 16" code when trying to load any of my Adobe CS5.5 Master Collection suite. Every time I try to use any of the applications within the Master collection and then the Adobe Application (installation software) keeps popping it up. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the entire suite at least 4 times now, and I also tried uninstalling the software and then reinstalling it after creating a new profile on my Mac. Any ideas or advice on how I can get back up and running would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

  • Adobe Master Collection CS5.5 Installation

    I had downloaded the Adobe Master Collection CS5.5 .7z file from the below location.

    Now I would like to install Fireworks on a different system. The Master Collection zip file is too large for me to copy it in my company's pen drive. Also my company's security policy do not allow me to upload it on another server.
    I had extracted the .7z file. To install Adobe Fireworks from the Master Collection can i just copy the below folders
    AdobeFireworks11.1.0All, AdobeFireworks11.1.0en_GBLanguagePack, AdobeFireworks11.1.0en_USLanguagePack
    and run the .exe file.
    Or do I need to copy all the folders from the Master Collection. Also let me know to install Fireworks apart from these folders are there any other folder to be copied.
    Any help would be greatly appreaciated.

    Application Manger Enterprise Edition v2.1 will not recognize the Master Colleciton CS5.5 setup.exe as a valid installer file when I attempt to create the Build. Why?  This method works for all other CS5.5 apps (Dreamweaver, FlashPro, Web Prem, Design Prem, etc).

    Hello!!! Can I get some help here???  I'm using AAMEE v2.1 and trying to create the Build from Master Collection CS5.5.  No matter what folder I point to for the installation files AAMEE states it is invalid.  When I open the installation folder I created from the Master Collection CS5.5 CD's I can see the setup.exe file necessary to create the build.  But for some reason AAMEE will not.  I really need to get this app deployed to my customers.  Help please!!
