Trying to download ovi 'theme' only to be told my ...
can anyone help me with this problem.......
I go to download a 'theme' that i'd like free and when it asks for my mobile phone number and I click on 'send' it then tells me it is incorrect but it is not. It asks for the correct area code internationally before the mobile number and still it insists it is incorrect.
did you register with ovi with another phone before hand

When trying to download an app, I am being told my Apple ID has been disabled! Why is this happening? How can I fix? Please Help.
We are fellow users, we won't know why it's disabled. You might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
You might then need to log out of your account on your device by tapping on your id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores on iOS 6) and then log back in so as to 'refresh' the account on it
If that doesn't fix it then you might need to contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page -

I have not been successful in downloading all of my purchased songs. I uesd the "download ALL" in the bottom right corner and it shows they have been downloaded, however, when I check certain songs I find I am still missing several dowloads. Any suggestions ? when I tried to download them a second time it won't allow it.
What happened to them? They can't just disappear? Have you changed computers or re-loaded the OS since the last time you synced? Do you have a backup of your computer from when they were present in iTunes? Were they ever present in iTunes?

Unfortunately once all the 3 iCloud accounts have been created on your device, you cannot create any more regardless of what you do. You will need to re-use one of the accounts that you have already created or create your new account on another device or computer. -

We have tried to download some new free games for my daughter this week, there are three which are just showing as "waiting" and not downloading at all and its been almost a week.

Another thing to try - Turn the iPad Off & then back ON.
If that doesn't work:
• Log out of your iTunes store account. Go to Settings > Store > Sign Out Then press the Home button.
• Then press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously and don't release them when it brings up the Turn Off screen; keep holding them until the Apple logo appears.
• After restart, the Waiting should be gone.

Go to Solution.This is what I found Googling ( though related to some other download..)
Open Internet Explorer then go to tools. Click on 'internet options' and then click on the 'advanced tab'. Click on "restore advanced settings" and then click on the "reset button". Check "delete personal setting" then click reset. Click 'apply' and 'OK'.

When I tried to do so, my only option seemed to be Adobe Cloud. When I was asked for my LR serial number, it was not accepted. I have a white iPad, 64GB, only wi-fi, and I have 235 apps in it, now I am trying to download more apps, but it isn't happening, so my iPad can only hold that much, help me someone.
Bit more info please. Connect to iTunes on your Pc/Mac click on your icon and confirm your memory usage in the Capacity bar at the bottom of the Summary page. Try also unticking some Apps you use less frequently in the Apps section in you iPad's pages in iTunes on your pc/mac, sync afterwards to clear them off your pad then try downloading again.
