Trying to download photoshop cc trial on hp windows 7...

I am trying to download the photoshop cc trial on my hp. I keep getting an error message saying I am not connected to the internet although I am. This happens when I try to run the installer. maybe my pc is too antiquated?
Help?! Thanks.

Me too same thing is happening, and all CS, and TS says is to upgrade system, but it was working just fine days ago.

    HI I'm trying to download a photoshop trial via creative cloud. i have downloaded the creative cloud set up via the adobe website. when i select the creative cloud set up install a square flashes in the middle of my computer screen for about 30 seconds and then nothing happens. i have deleted and redownloaded from your website but the same problem occured?

    We cannot know. You are not providing any system information. if it says that your system is not supported, it well may not be supported. Check the Tech Specs on the product page. Otehrwise refer to this:

    I agree with Chris Cox. It's a false positive. If you can't get that settled right away, see if this download link helps any.
