Trying to download Photoshop Elements 10/Priemiere Elements 10

I purchased a copy of the software from my employer about a year ago, and I am now trying to install. I went to www.adobe.com/go/getserial and put in my redemption code. It's not allowing my to put in my first set of letters/numbers cause there are 6 characters and the rest are 4. How can I proceed so I may contain a serial number?

I have tried to download Photoshop Elements 10 three times now and it has crashed every time. I checked my settings and the format on my computer is Max OS Extended. Sfasolo it appears you are installing Photoshop Elements as opposed to downloading Photoshop Elements. I fear it's a challenge for Adobe's Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. Sometimes - for whatever reasons - CC (together with the Apps) doesn't "want" to work. In this case you should CC completely delete and reinstall by help of Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. (A try to uninstall by own resources is not enough!)
