Welcome to the HP Community Forum.
There have been reported intermittent problems with some of the Support pages.
See if this works. I was able to open the Page (located in the USA):
General Instructions to Install the Printer Software 6520
Alternative - not tested. It does appear that this resource is using the HP ftp site to provide the required downloads. Just to be safe: I recommend that you use your Security Software to scan the package after it is downloaded. Be aware and be careful of any non-HP sites when downloading.

I have just got a leapad for my daughter, trying to download software for macbook pro and it says access denied, so can't even install CD to get it started. Any ideas as to why this would be? Thanks
Try going to System Preferences>Security & Privacy and under the General tab...
...select "Anywhere". Note that you'll need to use an admin account to access these settings.

I've been working with documents in Pages and recently downloaded Word for Mac. Upon opening Pages documents with Pages, the documents appear corrupt. Much of the font has been replaced with boxed little pictures - yet they are identified as times new roman. What do I do?

Trying to download Java for OS X but Safari reports website dropping connection?
I trying to downoand and install an openoffice application s/w. It requires Java. So I when to download Jave and when I hit the download button, Safari reports that the website has dropped the connection. What is the issue? How do I install Java? Or is there other "open" office s/w available?
Where are you trying from? For SE 6, get it from http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1572. If SE 7, get it from http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jre7-downloads-1880261.h tml

I have been trying to install iTunes several times, I keep receiving the same message when I open it:
iTunes.exe - system error
The program can't start because MSVCR80.dll is missing from your computer.Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.
You bet I have tried, numerous times, it keeps coming back and iTunes won't start.
Any idea?
Yevass.Hey I finally got an older vesion of itunes to work!!! 10.7 x64 for windows 7
After uninstalling all apple products even quicktime
I had to delete everything from (program files, and program files x64, program data,)
And all downloads from apple, and I went in to search deleted other stuff from apple, and itunes
But definently not my itunes library and Playlist
Down loaded 10.7 x64 for windows 7, but checked (do not start when done)
Then I emptied my recycling bin and restarted my PC
I ran geek tech tool box same as reg cure pro, also PC Tools registry cleaner, and CC Cleaner
Then I emptied my recycling bin and restarted my PC
And wallah... It finally works, and I Love the older version anyways.
Easier to download and transfer music!!!!! -

I am trying to download software for the clear internet network. It is telling me that I am running in a 64 bit mode and
need to be in a 32 bit mode to run their software....can I and how do I change it to a 32 bit mode?Wow that was really quick, thank you so much. Im not sure at all which version it was because i said it was around 4 years ago he bought it. I know it isn't under his username, since he's a PC person (ugh) so i know its probably registered to one of our actual names. isn't there some way to look it up since we did register it, because I'm not even sure where the disks are from when we bought it (we've moved a lot and also have two storage lockers, i know i would have kept it with other disks) but my cd rom drive is actually broken on my computer as well ( i think it got stepped on and is now squished and won't eject or run disks.)
So is there anyway they can look up that its registered to one of our names since we did register it when we bought and installed it, or do i really have to find the disk with some sort of proof of purchase (i know there would be no receipt after all this time)

What specifically is your problem with FaceTime? Do you have a wifi/internet connection?

I am trying to download facetime for an Imac from the app store but i get no response,I ahave also tried to download OS X 10.7. but i get a message that says to assign a link? any ideas?
You need to go to MAS and purchase Lion for $29.95; the download will take considerable time because it is a very large download. I'd suggest that when the download is finished and before you install it to copy the installer to a safe place (external hard drive or another folder) so you have a copy if you need to reinstall.

Trying to connect Airport time capsule to my leopard iOS mac. Downloaded software for time capsule for snow leapard/leopard but still says I need more software. What do I need? I have a 10.5.7 iOS (Leopard). It connects to wifi at speeds in the airport and has plenty of storage capacity and memory.
