Trying to download trial version of photoshop; not syncing up with cloud

I've just been getting the spinning wheel of death on my desktop cloud.
Any thoughts?

I am trying to download trial versions of photoshop CC and lightroom I clicked the download tab it says downloading but I cannot see anywhere that it is

on clicking the download trial tabs it just says on the page its downloading but I cannot see any progress bar or nothing am I doing something wrong

Why is it taking 3 hours to download trial version of photoshop, elements 10?

I am trying to download trial version of Photoshop Elements 10 and it saya it will take 3 hours to download. Why does it take so long? I thought the days of long downloads were like the dinosaurs, a thing of the past.

I am the author of above post, and I want adobe to be aware that I have uninstalled their product and will not be considering any products to be purchased from them. I spent several hrs. last night and all day today watching hour after hour of tutorials on the elements program and was still unable to complete a single project. I phoned support. Their return call was 3 hrs later than they said it would be and then they hung up before I even spoke to a CS rep.or support tech. You want the money, Adobe, but ypou don't want to put a user friendly program on the market, nor do want to make sure that sufficent support is out there for those of us brave enough or stupid enough to actually try to master your products. I WILL NOT, EVER, CONSIDER PURCHASING ONE OF YOUR PRODUCTS AGAIN. Just to get to a forum or tutoria, which are not thurough, takes a miricale and several hours.

When you click Download, the download should start automatically. It could be that a pop-up/download blocker/anti-virus is preventing the download. Here is the screenshot of the window which comes after any attempt to download a trial version. It is in French, it means you have been disconnected, connect to continue.

If I download the trial version of Photoshop CS6 with extensions, will I be able to use my current installed CS5 Creative Suite Design Premuim, and if I decide to just buy Photoshop CS6 will it work with the other application in my ?CS5 Creative Suite Design Premuim? I suggest, that while Mozilla is on a "rush to release updates faster than fixing bugs" kick, NO ONE should have "automatic updates" on. Go into "tools" and turn off that option, and NEVER agree to accept an update unless you know that things have been made compatible and that the bugs have been ironed out.
It's also wrong of them to release NON-beta copies, automatically, which cause incompatibility, every few weeks. That should only happen every year or two.
We need to ban together and quit installing their updates until they quit rushing them out too quickly.

Download trial version of InCopy not working

I'm trying to download a trial version copy of InCopy - *just* InCopy, not the whole InDesign Creative Suite. I downloaded the download assistant, logged in with my Adobe ID, and ... nothing. There's no option to download, download didn't start automatically, nothing. What's going on?

Nanc23 did you start the download from http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=incopy? Where did you choose to download the install files too? Were you able to install the Adobe Download Assistant successfully.

Trying to download trial version essbase--Please help

We'd like to use this for our company; supposedly analysts can manage this vs. an IT dept. However I'm not finding this to be the case. I'm a good financial analyst but can't download and install this essbase trial version for s@@t!!
Please, I now can't even find the link to the dowload site OR the store. Can someone please give me some direction? Then exactly where can I find/download the instructions regarding setting up the trial version, trial company, etc.? We need to be able to work with it (thus need the trial company) to see if this will suit our needs. I absolutely can't get hold of sales; I'm sent in circles on the phone.
This is probably very simple to you all but is a foreign language to me until I can install the trial and see if we can make use of it as analysts.......so far I'm thinking no--unless it can be installed, in which case it would probably be a gem!

Thanks to both of you. I've downloaded everything in the essbase media pack but I'm just not quite sure what to unzip in order to have only essbase w/the ability to populate the trial company. Nor can I determine which PDF to print out in order to install only these things (admin, server, client) for Essbase. I keep reading about an "essbase foundation" download but have not come across this anywhere.
I think I'll just order the trial cd's. Is it necessary to order the media packs as well if I am interested only in Essbase w/the excel add-in? The media packs are $20.00/per. We're not a huge company thus don't need a number of the latest software packages. We're only now just above needing something more than excel pivot tables and graphing to keep my eye on specific trends.

Are there any reasons/dangers when it comes to ordering the free trial? I'm not going to find myself charged $2,000.00 in a month for something initially ordered free am I? :-) Although I suppose you're the wrong ones to be asking this question....sales is very hard to reach by phone I've found.
