Adobe does not have a version of flash for iOS.
Look in the app store for alternate browsers that direct flash content to a server, convert it and stream it to the iOS device-photon, iswifter, etc.

I had several attempts, and finally left it over night. There seems to be no on-screen notification of what is going on, so one is blind. Eventually I went to iTunes App Shop, which told me that it had downloaded. I found an installation window (I don't know how) and started the installation, but it stopped; this happened twice. Finally it was installed and I was instructed to restart the machine.
It seems that everythings is undercover now! We just need a bit more patience and a lot more faith.

You cannot download that to the iPad. It is an application for the Mac only and will not work on the iPad - the devices use different operating systems.
You can only download apps from the App Store. These App Store apps are all designed to work on the iPad. There are apps that are compatible with the MS Office suite of apps - Pages, Numbers and Keynote from Apple, Documents to Go, Office 2HD and others can be found in the app store or by using my good friend Google!

Ok so I set up an apple Id account it is verified already. I try to download apps but it does NOT let me -_- please help! After i verify my password an account screen comes out asking for my address etc. I put my address but then it says postcode invalid

You get the mounting failed error message if you try to use a more recent version of Firefox.

Before I started to resync calendars one by one as suggested in the troubleshooting article, I remembered something that came up in a sync when I first attempted : a 'which one do you want to keep' message about a repeating calendar event, which came up with three options, one from Calendar, and two from iCal on the phone. I deleted that event, then went through the calendar resync one by one, and all seems OK now.
In Music there is a way to find 'ghost' items that show up as grayed-out on the menus, so that you can try to reassociate or delete them. It would be nice to have a similar way to work with Calendar!
