Trying to download windows 7 - when putting it on the bootcamp partition it says - "The selected partition requires at least 5707 mb free space - how do I fix this to continue the download process

I am trying to download windows 7 on my imac using bootcamp.  When selecting Disk 0 Partition 3 Bootcamp as instructed the result came back as an error saying:  The selected partition requires at least 5707 mb of free space.   How do I fix this so that I can continue to download?

You mean install from the DVD, that isn't downloading
And you changed the format of BOOTCAMP which was FAT32 to NTFS
Windows 7 - I would not try to install on a partition smaller than 50GB for 64-bit version, probably 40GB for 32-bit, and you never want to go with less than double what the minimum.
You need to remove the partition Boot Camp Assistant and create a larger partition.
There is a busted "download drivers" but as you know by now, that has NEVER worked and yet here we are 9 months later and no confirmation or fix.
