The quick method to install Theme addon:
In Thunderbird
Tools > Addons OR Menu Icon > Addons
new tab opens.
Click on the 'Get Add-ons' icon. (top icon on left side)
scroll down to 'Featured Themes' and click on 'See all' link.
View various themes and when you have found one you like, click on the '+Add' which pops up over the image of the theme when you hover over.
It should auto install immediately.
You will then see it added in the 'Appearance' icon (looks like a painters pallette)

Trying to find answers for the question "Why is this file type blocked from being uploaded into SharePoint"

At least once a month - sometimes much more frequently - I get calls from users asking why the file extension they "need" to upload to SharePoint is blocked.
Most recently, it was a Microsoft Access database that the user was attempting to upload to a document library. Before that, it was a shortcut link (*.url). And so on.
Is there a reference document which goes over the reasons why specific file types are blocked?

Each blocked file format has it's own reasons for not being allowed to be stored on a SharePoint library.
Some of them are blocked because they would be processed by SharePoint Servers during the upload/download sequences, thus, possibly corrupting the system ( like dll files ). Others would cause Crawl to break ( url files ).
The Access database files are blocked for two valid reasons. First, because saving "live" to those files using Windows explorer window ( WebDAV ) doesn't work. Second because SharePoint product managers want us to use SharePoint lists instead.
And it does makes sense.
If you're in the middle of a migration from file servers to a SharePoint solution, your people could use these situations to stop and think about it for a little:

Trying to find patchset for 10.2.0.2 clusterware

I can't seem to locate the clusterware patchset for 10.2.0.2 on metalink or otn. I have found the 10.2.0.2 patchset on metalink but I'm looking for the clusterware patch. Can someone point me in the direction or give me the patch number? Thanks,

Hi, for windows, the clusterware patchs are with the RDBMS patchs.
Read the patch readme file to see if it can be use to update a cluterware home.

I have a Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi MB card which is given whith the Foxconn motherboard BloodRage,it worked fine under windows vista 64 bit,but now with windows seven 64 bit when I go of "creative console laucher"? or "creative Audio console" "karaoke"?no works.(media source and wave studio seems ok)
I tried to find drivers for windows seven 64 bit but I can't find this sound card in the list of products.

System locking up from A/R invoice screen when finding invoices for BP

My client's SBO is locking up in the A/R invoice window when trying to find invoices for a particular customer. Here is his description of the problem.
SAP locks up if any of our users go to A/R invoices, clicks on the u201Cfindu201D icon, chooses the customer field, enters a customer code (for example C6958 or even *), and then clicks u201Cfind.u201D
The server usage spikes for that user, using 25% of the server CPU, and the user is frozen like in the attached image. I have confirmed this with several users and on both Citrix servers.
The customer has several UDFs for the invoice doc and the default is to display them. When I tried to recreate the problem, i found that I could recreate it when I chose when 'View UDFs' , but the find worked as expected when the UDF portion of the window was not displayed.
The client in on 2007A PL15. Has anyone heard of a similar issue?

Probably there are a few reasons for this.
1. Invoice table is not indexed on CardCode and therefore searching on CardCode instead of DocNum could take more time
2. The number of invoices are high
3. Bad network

There is no password to Thunderbird. The password you need is to the email account. Contact the email provider for password reset.

After trying to install update on MacAir error message and then message saying panic (cpu caller 0xffffff800a859241): "Unable to find driver for this platform: \"ACPI\".... I'm worried as all of my work is on my computer and I'm afraid I will lose it all.

Hi Guys
No good news I'm afraid. I have been through ALL the system caches and files that were updated at the time of said issue. Reset - rebuild and even gone back to my TimeMachine copy from earlier this AM. Nothing! Can only assume it is something deeper in the /usr or var or private folders.....
I have cloned the system and core files (/usr, /private) etc etc to an external HD and it still recreates the fault. I am afraid to say I have no more time at the minute to look at so have put my machine back to 2 hours prior via my TimeCapsule.
I the absense of anyone else or, indeed, Apple fixing in the next 12 hours, will get back onto it from the cloned copy I have kept and see if I can find the offending file/files...

I have been trying to find an e-mail address for Apple problems that are not on your list of questions usually asked. Could you therefore let me have an e-mail address for being able to sort a problem I have with i-tunes purchasing for audo books as I by mistake downloaded a book instead of an audio book and would like a refund for The One I Love by Paul Pilkington so that I can download the audio book. Hi Mike, make sure the card has Mac ROM, or is a PC card with Mac ROMs flashed to it...
