Trying to get the New Rascal Flatts Album....

I have been trying to get the new Rascal Flatts Album (Unstoppable) using the complete my album feature. I bought the four singles from the countdown to the album thing. When I go to my "Complete My Albums" page, it doesn't show up there. I went to the album main page and clicked "Buy Album." I confirm I wanna buy the album and a pop-up window comes up saying I have bought 4 songs previously that meet the requirements for the "Complete My Album." I click complete my album, but it does NOT download ANYTHING!
I don't want to pay $4 more to get the album. I was told that I could buy it for $7 TODAY using this feature as long as I bought the four singles. I did buy them and I don't really wanna go through and buy them yet again.

Presuming you're using the latest version of iTunes (if not, you might try updating), contact the iTunes Store Customer Service department using the form at the bottom of the Purchase Issues FAQ web page and explain the problem to them.

Words simply can't describe what a kludge iTunes has become. Every time Apple fixes one problem, a dozen more pop up. It's like trying to hold a bunch of ping-pong balls under water simultaneously.
The immediate problem is that Lion with iTunes buggers the artwork. Some it loses, some it can't find, and some appears and disappears like the Flying Dutchman (look it up...).
The bigger issue is that so MUCH of iTunes is bad, in general. Apple trys to use iTunes as a Swiss Army knife, using it to synch iPhones, iPads, etc. The app has become so generic that it is actually good at nothing.
The interfrace is kludgy; moving the library from one location to another virtually guarantees a wasted day and usually lost art, music, or backups.
In general, Apple's hardware and software is relatively ergonomically designed. I-Tunes, however just plain SUUUUUUUUUUUUCKS!

I am having a problem trying to get the new version of itunes to download correctly to my laptop. I have updated my ipad to the new ios 7, and windows is showing that it has been downloaded but when I connect my ipad, it is saying I have to download itune

I can't download the new, free U2 album into itunes. HELP!

I keep trying to download the new, free U2 album: "Songs of Innocence" into my Itunes but it keeps saying:
"Your album is already in your library, waiting for you to download". BUT...I can't find it anywhere in my Itunes library!

How exactly are you trying to download it ?
You should be able to download it by going to the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage and selecting Music on that screen.
Or you can tick the 'show iTunes in the Cloud purchases' tick box on the Store tab in Edit > Preferences (iTunes > Preferences on a Mac) - it should then show in the Music part of your library with a cloud icon against it for downloading (when downloading its digital booklet via this way I get a 'corrupt file' message when trying to open it).

Error while trying to download the new apps

I am trying to get the new apps, so I hit download and it tells me to put in my password and stuff so I do that then it comes up with an error that says unknown error. Anyone else having this issue?

Mate, it's good to hear that you have gotten the iPhone 4 but sorry to burst your bubbles. Not all games can have the "saved" data ported over.
Normally when you save a game in iPhone, the memory used is in the flash memory of the device. Those that can be ported over, reason is due to the data being saved over the air and when you logged in on a new device, it recognises you via the userID.
Maybe you can try to backup your iPhone 3, and restore the file onto your iPhone 4. Not too sure if that would brick your phone though.

iTunes states " There's a problem with your Iphone, please contact apple service center " Also i took my iphone to a local service man and he told me the IMEI code has been corrupted and there's nothing that can be done about it. Please help, if you have any solution.

If you have problems with updating or with the permissions then easiest is to download the full version and trash the currently installed version to do a clean install of the new version.

It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer.
Use your backup copy to put everything back.
If for some reason you have failed to maintain a backup ( not good), then you can transfer itunes purchases from an ipod/iphone/ipad: File>Transfer Purchases

iTunes as you see it in the application window uses a series of files and folders contained in the iTunes folder. Some people make the mistake of only backing up their media in which case all you have is a bunch of media files without the iTunes structure. In that case you have to build a new library yourself.
What exactly do you mean "not recognized"? The phone does not show up on the computer at all, or it does but it says it will wipe the phone? The wipe the phone stuff is again because it cannot find the original library to which it was synced. You need to transfer the entire iTunes folder from the old computer or the backup you made of it.

Do the update using iTunes on your computer.
Plug your iPhone into iTunes (current version), let it sync, then click "Check for Updates" on the iPhone's summary page in iTunes.
