Trying to install after downloading update for Elements 9. Failed install twice. Why?
I have successfully downloaded the update to Elements 9, but failed 2 attempts to install. Why?

after downloading updates for the first time, i was asked to restart my mac. it started writing configuring installation. the staus bar just showed a little and remained like that for more than 3 hrs. i tried several times wit no success. it has not updated my mac OS X 10.5.
My clean install worked out alright, although I don't think it really fixed anything, rather gave me a couple more days of use 'till I have to send it in. Someone please help my get it running properly again...

I'm sailing against a headwind here. I followed the link that you gave me (Troubleshoot install using logs | Elements) and immediately ran into trouble.
The Adobe Support Advisor the page recommended is no longer available or supported
The folder on my HD that it pointed to, //Library/Logs/Adobe/Installers/, does not exist on my computer. There are a couple of other folders in the //Library/Logs/Adobe/ directory, but they are both empty.
I searched through the PDApp.log and did not find the two errors that the web page recommended.
So right now I'm stymied.
But I did figure a hack to make this work.
I open the .RAF files with a hex editor and replace every instance of "X30" with "X20"
The file will now open in Photoshop CC
Run it through the Adobe DNG Converter.
Then I can open the .DNG file in Elements 10.
Hopefully Adobe will jump on this soon. The only differences in the .RAF file that the Fuji X30 produces is the string "X30" in about five places in a 20MB file. Other than that it is identical to the .RAF produced by the X20. -
Why after changing my apple Id can I not down load updates to my devices. I've changed all settings to new Id & even tried to do updates through iTunes but keeps referring back to previous Id which had to be cancelled due to email address change. Please help me find a solution to this problem. thanks.
Go to Settings>Store>Apple ID, tap the ID shown, sign out, sign back in with the new ID. However, app updates for your apps purchased with your older ID will always ask for the password for this ID. (Apps are permanently tied to the Apple ID used to purchase them.)

It downloaded various software products onto my computer which are outlined in the computer's database of software applications. From that time, this flickering effect occurs when scrolling through all pages using Firefox and to a lesser extent on Safari. It is like the effect of someone blinking rapidly and constantly and looking at the screen. When not scrolling there is no such effect. It is very disruptive when trying to read a page.

After downloading updates for apps to PC they are not syncing over to phone.
Hi, I have noticed today that if I download app updates to my PC for my iphone 4 or ipad 3, they are not updating on the devices when syncing.
Running latest iOS on devices and using Itunes 11.0.1.12
Have seen on the app page on PC, you can select each app to update, but can it be done automatically ?same thing is with iphone 5. yesterday i downloaded the last updates and now cant sync the music files.

why after Download updates for the lion 10.7 and I read the writing could not save any of the selected updates and I can't upgrade the software ?
The only thing that worked for me was to boot in safe mode.
Power down. Then press power button and hold 'shift' key until grey screen with progress bar appears... Once booted and logged in just open safari and browse to applestore.
No trouble at all once I did this.
Reminder: create full backup before you upgrade OS

how do I find the file and replace it or install it?I'll reload it tonight when I get home...basically, I bought a new iPhone and downloaded some new medical apps. also had to download an update for iTunes into my mac laptop so I could access iCloud (which was NOT on my prior iTunes software)
When I synched my new iPhone with the newly downloaded iTunes, I registered my iphone and tried to "back it up" to iCloud and the message indicating that "the required file was not found or has a permissions error...." popped up.
How do I correct the permissions error, or...am I able to do this somewhere? Or...how do I find the file that is missing?

After Download, asks for disk in order to install.
After downloading Adobe Photoshop Elements 9 from the Adobe website, after entering the serial number and going through all the pre-install configuring, it then asks for the disk to be inserted before it will install. There is no disk as this is a downloaded program, and is not being installed from a disk but from the downloaded disk image. How do I get it to install?
After having tried to get this to install 5 different times, I thought of a possible way to do it, but when I went to try it out, never got that far because it simply installed on this try. I have no idea why it suddenly installed, but 4 hours later and on the 6th attempt, it did. I made no system upgrades or other installations during this time, so it wasn't anything new on the computer that made it work. The only thing I did differently is that I didn't shut down Firefox during the install. All the other times I followed Adobe's instructions and made sure there were no programs running during the install. Could that be the reason?

For the 2nd day my iPhone 5 will not let me download updates for apps. I've tried selecting each to click off wait, and have selected new updates indvidually instead of all together. Also have shut the phone down and have even deleting the apps completely and re-downloaded but to no avail. Each app continues to sit on my screen with the line below as if it is about to download but never does, and now any apps I've tried to updated will not let me use them.
Oh my gosh I had the EXACT same problem, and for ages I couldn't figure out how to fix it until today. Here's what I did:
First I went onto my computer, opened itunes, and un-installed tumblr, vine and kik. These were the apps I was having problems with (it said I had them on my phone but, like you, they didn't show).
Then I went to the itunes store, searched for each one, and it said I could update them so I did (just FYI: for tumblr a window popped up saying "please click ok to confirm you are 17 years or older", so I did that also)
When I went back to my phone and tried installing them again (still on my computer), it worked!

Getting error when trying to download update for flash player with OSX 10.91
Trying everything to download update for Adobe Flash Player. This is maddening. I have tried uninstalling previous player and re-installing and checked my preferences. Can any one give me some instructions that are easy to understand. I keep getting an error when installing.
There usually is an Adobe flash uninstaller that goes through a process satisfactorily.
Did you get the Adobe Flash update from their
page, directly? http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
Also note the extensive info at Adobe link below.
If you are having trouble, or Safari is involved, if
you use a different browser, such as Firefox, etc to
get that version Flash update. There's another thing to
look into, in Mavericks, that older OS X didn't
have, that may affect installation...
In System Preferences, find a Flash Player preference
under "Other." Click on the Advanced tab and then "Check
Now" in the Updates section. An available new one

After downloading updates in C5, camera rawstopped working. I am trying to download DNG CONVERTOR but when I press 'Download' it just times out. Is Photoshop having problems as I have tried for three days now.
