Trying to install CC apps, Progress bar stuck
I have spent most of my day trying to get the Creative Cloud desktop application installed (I have had to now create a new user on my computer which has seemingly fixed that), and when I tried to install Audition as a test, the progress bar got stuck at 40%. Since it wasn't going anywhere, I tried to cancel it, but it got stuck on cancelling for ages. So what I did was close the application, end all the Adobe processes and open CC Desktop up again. It crashed twice, and I then tried running it as administrator. It is now running, but my Audition download is now stuck at 11% for no obvious reason.
Has anyone had similar problems? Is there any way to fix it? (I've tried deleting the adobe files in %appdata%).
This is a 64-bit computer running on what should be fully updated Windows 7 with 8GB of RAM and an i5 4670K.
if you've already gone through all the help on that page, you really need to make sure your cc app is properly installed.
i would uninstall it.
run the cleaner to see if it can find anything, http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
restart your computer.
then reinstall the cc app and make sure it installs without problem.

HI've had the same issue and despite clearing the PRAM and powering on and off repeatedly this is what has (at least temporarily) resolved my issue:
I've done this 3 times and sometimes it works right off the jump other times I've had to wait a bit and try again or power off and try again, once the start up screen is frozen hit Command : Option : Shift : Esc and a window should pop up "You restarted because of a problem..." from there you can go to your desktop. I haven't found an actual resolution to fix the problem but this does get you into your computer.

I am trying to install an app in my iphone. When I click Install, my old gmail account comes up for verification and it asks for my password etc. I dont use this account anymore and have a new gmail account that is associated with my apple account. How can I get the new gmail to default when I am trying to install apps?
Did you create a NEW Apple ID or did you change the email address for your OLD Apple ID? This will affect how you update apps in the future.
Anyway, go to Settings/iTunes&App Stores, log out, then log in with the new ID. -

I am trying to install my apps through Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop and all I'm getting is 'Download Error: Please try again or Contact Support'. I don't have any support number, or anything like that. If I try to reload, it doesn't do anything.
Is there anyway where I can fix it?? I have even tried to reinstall the software still with no luck.

I keep getting an "unknown error" when I am trying to install an app. After I have put my correct apple ID in.
First, turn off your CAPS lock. Typing in all CAPS is considered screaming/yelling and many will simply ignore your posting.
Are you currently having issues? Is it when trying to purchase only on the device? Are you able to complete purchases via iTunes on your computer? -
Trying to install the App - find my iPhone but keeps getting the message cannot download at this time.
Thx, I finally figure out what I had to do to get it to download, just don't like that it is taking so long to download on the iphone from computer. But thx again for that advice, so far it is working.

My creative CC for teams gives an error code (-60) download corrupted when trying to install any app from the CC on my desktop. Any help?

Tried to install eBay app two days ago. Still hasn't installed, is grayed out and says waiting... When I tried to uninstall it shakes, but no X appears. How do I get rid of this app? eBay app was from the App Store.
Try restarting your devise by holding down the power button and the home button. The uninstalled app should disappear after a little while.

When you connect the iPad to your computer and launch iTunes, you can select your iPad in the left sidebar of iTunes and then click on the summary tab on the right. Click on the Check for Update button - if iTunes does not present the update to you in a pop up window. -
While trying to install an app on my iPad, I got a "waiting"message instead of installing. It never goes beyond waiting. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it. I got the same message. Has anyone had the same problem?
Here are a number of things that you can try.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
Make sure that you do not have a stalled download in iTunes - a song or podcast .... if you have a download in there that did not finish, complete that one first. Only one thing can download at a time on the iPad so that could be what is causing the problem.
If that doesn't work - sign out of your account, restart the iPad and then sign in again.
Settings>Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Go back to Settings>Store>Sign in and then try to update again. Tap one waiting icon only if necessary to start the download stream.
You can also try deleting the waiting icons - tap and hold down on an icon until it wiggles - the tap the X on the icon to delete it. Then try to download again.
You can try resetting all settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. You will have to enter all of your app preferences and device settings again.
