Trying to install my apps, and am getting a 'Download Error: Please try again or Contact Support'.

I am trying to install my apps through Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop and all I'm getting is 'Download Error: Please try again or Contact Support'. I don't have any support number, or anything like that. If I try to reload, it doesn't do anything.
Is there anyway where I can fix it?? I have even tried to reinstall the software still with no luck.

I try updating and I hit learn more and it says Download errors, Press retry to try again or contact support, I need to download Photoshop.

iTunes Support wasn't of any use to me.
I have also been having another problem - with BBC iPlayer and other video streaming not working due to insufficient bandwidth, despite my overall download speed being consistently around 50Gb. This is also affecting AppleTV downloads
I am using Virgin Media as my ISP, and was wondering whether you do as well. This might be the common thread.

You need to reinstall the App Store.

If it didn't start up with the Startup Assistant, did you erase the drive and reinstall the OS prior to starting this?
That is the best way to start given that it was a display model.
The free apps are tied to the Mac. If the store downloaded the apps from the App Store, you won't be able to do the same. You might want to contact App Store support: http://www.apple.com/support/mac/app-store/ -
When trying to update an app, it partially downloads and then displays the message "unable to download item" Please try again later. This happens on any app I try. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling with same results. What can I do?
I have the same thing happening on my iPod Touch 5th gen. Been happening for at least a month. I have updated to the most recent version of iOS which hasn't solved the issue. Must be a bug that they didn't get around to resolving yet, a year later. Really annoying to have it pop up when you are in the middle of a game though.

It is possible depending on the licensing agreement our Sales team may generate expiring serial numbers. This can be done for trade demos and I have also seen this occur with educational licenses. As KGlad mentioned please contact our support team and they can verify if the serial number is expired or not.
You may also want to contact the administrators of your Adobe Creative software licenses to see if they have a new serial number for you to utilize. -
