Trying to install OCRB.ttf (font) in EBS 12

Question

Hi Gurus,
I am trying to install OCRB.ttf in EBS 12 (12.0.4) following note
1> 728077.1 (How to Setup IX Library Quickly and Effectively)
2> 240864.1 (Activating and Configuring IX Library)
At the end I am able to use OCRB fonts in the reports but
Problem :-
1> all other reports where ever Arial font is bing used is showing Barcods
2> IF Airal is bing use in combination with OCRB, post processing of ther report fails and i get below error in the

Intrestingly same report works when we change Arial to some other font.

Hi,
Thanks for the inputs,
Actually an SR going on, rather then using IX Library route, they suggest on installing font on OS (Linux) and then use unifont.ali , but unfortunately , Unix admin support is not handy :-(
If no direct experience available , what i need to ask if some one is already using IX Library and can share some (hidden/undocumented) steps that are required (i.e After struggling a lot , I found that in IX config file use of env variable $FND_TOP do not work, but absolute path must be used to get OCRB work)
