Trying to install Windows 7, downloaded it and disk is being shipped having trouble installing the windows from download, please help!
I have bought the download and backup disk online to put windows on my computer, but it keeps saying please put disk in and wait a few seconds for your computer to open it. There has to be away to put this on my computer from a download....
Yes I have LION, I do not have a DVD burner but I was told i can do this via Flash Drive. I have it formatted correctly but it still will not open it. I guess i am just going to have to return this Windows b/c i cant figure it out. I am downloading it one more time and then saving it to my flash drive. This time I am downloading the 64 bit ISO. Think that may help?

I just paid the $9,99 a month to have access to Photoshop and lightroom. I am having trouble installing the programs and when I installed on Photoshop it said "trial"- this isn't suppose to be a trial but a resource I pay for monthly for a year right?
What turns the trial into the live software is signing in. If you sign in with the Adobe ID that has the subscription, the trial becomes live. First check your account on Adobe.com to make sure that the subscription is live.

You can transfer the purchases from your iPhone to your new computer by following the steps in following article.

If you have music that was not purchased from the iTunes Store, then you will not be able to move it from the iPhone to your computer. Instead you will need to follow the steps in this article that helps with moving the library from the old to the new.

Having trouble creating the windows 8 installation usb using bootcamp

I am trying to install windows 8 on my early 2013 MacBook Pro retina. I am using Mavericks if that matters. I have got the iso file that I need but I am having troube creating the install disk/usb. Everytime I go to create it, I get an error message telling me that the drive could not be formatted properly. I have looked up possible solutions but nothing seems to work, I have unmounted the iso file, tried putting it on the Mac's HD but nothing I do works. After using Boot Camp, your computer will start always in Windows. To start in OS X, just hold the X key while your Mac is starting. If you want to start always in OS X, after starting in OS X, go to System Preferences > Startup Disk, and select the OS X partition.
By default, Windows can't read the filesystem that OS X uses for the partition, so that's why you can't access to the OS X partition. Also, you should have burnt the drivers onto a DVD or a USB drive.
As you have already downloaded the drivers, after starting in OS X, copy them to a USB drive or burn them into a DVD. Then, start in Windows and install them. Note that Windows 8 requires Boot Camp 5 drivers, that you can only get from Boot Camp Assistant if you are running OS X 10.8.3. If you want to be sure that you install the correct drivers, I recommend you to download again the Boot Camp 5 drivers from the Apple webpage > http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1638 -
I have an old PC running Vista. On that machine, in iTunes, I copied ALL my CD's. I now have a new machine running windows 8.1. I would like to transfer that music on to the new machine in iTunes. Please help.

Only 6 of the 11 songs were transferred to the desktop, and I have to use the desktop to sync the songs to my ipod. All of the songs transferred to my ipad, but I can't sync with the ipod on that either. Does anyone know why all of the songs were not transferred to the desktop, and how to transfer those that were not?
Well, I followed instruction to consolidate all itunes file to the itunes folder. Then dragged the whole folder from the old laptop to the external hardrive. I would assume that's all of the files.

If this app was bought by your sister with her Apple ID, only her ID can update the app.

as I stated. the white in any file I open in PS s a warm white. I don't know how this happened or how to fix it. I do know it is not my PC or moniter. Only in PS. any hepl is appriciated, thanks, P
My5cats, Cris may have more to add but here are some thoughts. A calibrated monitor does have warm whites. We perceive a blue white as being correct but it isn't. i don't know if you are using monitor calibration or not. One possible area is that Photoshop is set to a paper or some other gamut. You can check (in PS) by going to the Edit menu > Color settings. Here is a picture of mine. I set the working space to sRGB which is used for the web and many printers. If you get a correct setting , consider saving it.

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order. The hotness suggests a hardware problem

"Undo" button appears on iPad 3 screen's keyboard by tapping "?123" button. But I can't find the ""undo" on the iPod Touch keyboard. The Delete button is such an over eager little thing, I've lost the chart I was working on. Fiendish!

While entering this info the window went away!!!
Before it did i could not copy any of the text (do have screen shot however) and the link did not resolve to any web address. Looked like std FF page but NEVER seen anything like it before!
no way i was going to click anything except the close [X] button.
If it is valid, you need to remove the restrictions on it; to make it less suspicious.
If it is bogus, do you have a plugin or addon to intercept such malicious probes?
