Trying to knockout an outline stroke ONLY out of text...NEED HELP!!

Hi All,
First of all thank you very much in advance for any help on this. I run a screen printing business and I recently added some simple design services to my clients to bring in more business and help some people out.
Haven't run in to any major speed bumps until now...I'm thinking everyone is going to tell me what I'm trying to achieve is out and out EASY but I need some help for a run I'm doing this week.
I have attached the graphic which is a mock up of what I'm trying to do with the text.
Basically, I'm looking to have the white knockout to the background color (i.e. the shirt color)
I think I just set up incorrectly in Illustrator and that's what's giving me all the problems...if anyone could tell me how I should set this up so that I can achieve the look I'm going for it would be MUCH appreciated!!!
If you look at the image you should be able to see what I mean, it's a black text in the center, a (what should be) knockout outline of that black text and then another black outline outside of that...please let me know if you have any questions or if you can tell me how to set it up, order and arrage the text so I can simply keep the look of the white knocking out to the shirt color.

Assuming…:
The black and green are defined as spot colors.
The white is just Illustrator's default white; not a spot color, and is not set to overprint.
…the you don't need to do anything. The white already knocks out the green. The white is not an ink. White means "no ink."
Simply print the job as color separations. The Black will be on one sep; the Green (assuming it's spot color) will be on the other. There will be no white separation, and the white areas will not appear on either the green or the black sep.
Remember: Yes, in screen printing you print separations as positives. But those positives are used to expose the screens; the screens themselves are the negatives. The negaitve screens in turn result in a positive on the substrate. What is white on a negative? Black.

Please remember this is public and showing passwords in a post can alow others to use the credentials.
It is possible to manage passwords from the Options or Preferences menu under advanced tab. If you click show password it will show the password if in the past it was chosen to be remembered.
Please also try the account recovery for a new password.
Also what version of Firefox is saying it is out of date?

I just got a new ipone5c and i can't get the light to go out unless I turn it off. Have tried all the things I read anyone out there that can help me??

I just got a new iphone 5c this is my first smart phone. I have an Ipad so thought it would be easy.
I downloaded the new software don't know if this changed anything. I have only had phone for 4 days
but now the light won't shut off. I have to turn off the phone for it to go out. I did the holding down home
button and start button till apple shows up. I checked to make sure the LED flash for alerts button was off.

Since nothing else you have tried has resolved it, try restoring the iPhone with iTunes from the iPhone's backup first.
If no change after that, try restoring as a new iPhone or not from the backup.
If no change after that, the iPhone has a hardware problem.
Call AppleCare or make an appointment at an Apple Store if there is one nearby.

Close the Mail app in the Task Bar and re-launch.
Double-click the Home button to reveal Task Bar. Hold Mail app down for a second or two; tap the minus sign to close app.
If it still doesn't work, try a reset.
Hold the Sleep and Home button down (together) for about 10 seconds until you see the Apple logo.

Any veterans out there? Need help with IPVC-3510-MCU

We've been trying to get this running in hopes of convincing management that we would benefit from a video solution. I recall this product was quite a performer for basic Multi-conferencing so we purchased it off-market.
Now the problem is finding software! We have the config tool but are struggling to actually setup a conference. The web page seems only to access existing conferences, leaving us in a Catch-22.
Is there a URL we are missing? Or is it yet another software piece??

The 3510 does not have an interface where you can create conferences from. To create the conference, you need to call in from a video terminal. Once the call is created, then you can use a web browser pointed to the IP address of the 3510 to control the conference and invite more participants.

You cannot avoid putting the credit card info in, but you can set up your account so you will have to go to steps to purchasing something instead of the one click option. When you set up the account , under the store tab click on put in shoppng cart for purchase. When you set up itunes it is automatically set on one click to buy, so you have to make sure you change that setting . I have not had any problems with any charges on my credit card and I joined a few months back.

can u help me to understand why the second section doesn't works? if i'll be ogliged to use the first one, i won't be able to completely write code using taglibs, and so my code will be horrible! a mix of scriptlets syntax and taglibs' xml one.

I'm trying to connect my 23" Cinema Display monitor to my iMac. The adaptor cable I ordered came with a female, I need a male adaptor. Any ideas where I might find one? I purchased the BlueRigger Mini Displayport Male to DVI Female Adapter Cable.

I have the 23" aluminum Cinema Display. I just can't seem to find the right adaptor for the monitor femal plug on the backside. I've tried a Bluerigger but it was a female adaptor. I believe I need a male.

My screen is frozen on the set up assistant and I can shut down or do anything. I was trying to update the so to maverick. Please I need help shutting the screen

I was updating the os to the maverick and the setup assistant is frozen. I can't do anything I've tried to force quit and that also is not working

ive been trying to update my iphone 4s 16gb to the new ios 7.2
ive passed through the first load screen but the phone has now frozen/locked halfway through the second load screen
(theres just an apple logo and a half loaded bar) i havent been able to use my phon for over 12 hours now.
some friends have suggested i try restoring a back up from icloud and from my computer and if worse comes to worst restoring to factory setting
but itunes wont allow me to do either as it says the phone is locked with a passcode (have tried all 3)
my lock button on the top right hand corner is also not working so i cannot even hold doen the home button and lock screen to reset/turn off
can anyone help???

FCP 7 audio out of sync - need help

I am new to FCP and editing a show shot in 1920 X 1080 - at 25 fps. I have brought in the video and audio files and edited in the timeline. The show begins in sync then drifts out as the show progresses. I have messed around with the video/audio settings for the system and for the timeline. I need some assistance in setting up the system/sequence correctly. The file is Apple Pro Res HQ.
(1) I do not see 1920 X 1080i as an option in the sytem settings?
(2) I do not believe this system has a Kona card. Is that the likely problem?

Generally not helpful. You need to find out the actual properties of your source sequence, and set the timeline to match those properties - and those properties must be FCP-7 friendly to work correctly.
