Trying to log in hotmail and firefox tells me it can't login 'cause the site is untrusted

I've always logged in hotmail with this browser, now that I've updated it tells me that Firefox can't log-in because the site is untrusted. Come on guys I've never had a problem before what gives here. Are we having the same problem between Firefox & Microsoft like were having with Kaspersky & Firefox. please communicate with each other. When you get an update ready for the consumer make sure that it will work with other programs & add-on. just updated v9 something and I lost my virtual keyboard and tw other ad-on. Furthermore, I was also able to sign in my gmail & yahoo account, no problem there.

Can login to Xmarks on Mac, 10.6.4, no problem, but running parallels and windows XP and Firefox on that, I can't login to Xmarks since it won't accept my password, and I'm asking who to contact to fix this problem with Xmarks?

I'm trying to run Firefox on a Mac with Parallels and Windows XP. I can use Firefox, that's fine, what I can't do is sync my bookmarks. They are all synced on both macs, and my old PC, a really slow Dell L110, thus trying to use Parellels. Is there any way to contact someone who can look at why my log in to Xmarks won't work on Parallels? Same issue - however firefox will open but I can not click on only of my tool bar shortcuts - the writing on the google age is greyed out so I can not click on anything. Still no resolution? I have deleted the folders and re-installed - it will open and then locks and it will not work????

I have tried clearing my history to remove an incorrectly keyed login but it won't disappear and when I try to key in the correct login, it automatically thinks I want the earlier one and selects it for me so I can't login to the site!!

I just registered on a site with the login leigh110174 and when I went to log back into the site, I inadvertently typed Leigh110174. Now when I try to correct the logon to leigh110174, and then tab to the password field, it autocorrects to Leigh110174 and I cannot change this. Each time I correct it to lowercase l and nagivate to either the logon button or password field, it auto corrects to the uppercase L, which means I cannot log into this site. I have cleared my recent history (last hour as I been on the pc less than an hour) but this did not remove the auto pop up or help at all.

Make sure that you haven't saved Uppercase and Lowercase versions of that name and password.

I am trying to sync my iphone and it tells me it can not find disk

Your getting that error because one or more of the files you are trying to sync cannot be found. You need to make sure your iTunes library is in fact accessible. This error is common with folks that store their library or parts of their library on an external drive,

You can't merge accounts. But you can check your purchase history:

When I use Firefox and Hotmail at startup, Firefox freezes for about 1 minute, and then I can continue. First I though it was my computer but 2 other girls in my class have the same problem with Hotmail and Firefox. What can I do to change this?

When I start Firefox, about 15 seconds after I start it, my Firefox freezes for about 1 minute. I found out that it is my Hotmail that makes Firefox freeze.
First I thought it was my computer, but I have 2 other girls in my class that use Hotmail and Firefox and their computer also freezes for 1 full minute.
This is very annoying, what can I do to change this?

Also please note that the online course site may have redirected you to another site for the test, so it is also a good idea to look into site entries that may match the time.

1. Sync wasn't intended to be used in that manner. You would be better off carrying around a USB Flash Stick with Portable Firefox for use on "strange" PC's.
2. You could open the "Library" {Ctrl + Shift + B} and highlight all those bookmarks and then delete them all at once. But that would also delete all the other bookmarks, and it isn't foolproof. All another person would need to do it to '''''restore''''' a bookmark backup file that has your bookmarks. Beyond that, a new Profile could be created and then the current Profile deleted; but that's "messing with" someone else's computer - an action that is worthy of terminating a friendship over, IMO.
And if that "public" computer was set up properly, Sync should have been disabled.

Have you tried clicking on the lock to see it it will then ask for a passwored. Otherwise, try reblooting.
