I just tried to sign in myself, and when I did so, it just quickly reloaded the screen. The website must be experiencing trouble. I would just wait.

You can not create an iCloud account using a PC, set the account up on a Mac or an iPhone/iPad, then you will be able to sign into it on your PC.

– Have iOS 5 installed on your iPad 2
– Make sure your Apple TV software is up-to-date. You can check for updates on the Apple TV by going to Settings > General > Update Software.
– Have your TV turned with Apple TV active and showing.
– Double-tap the home button on the iPad to bring up the Multitasking Bar.
– Swipe to move to the left of the Multitasking Bar, so you can see the set of controls just to the left of the volume adjustment slider.
– The button just to the right of the Fast Forward button – the one that has a rectangle with a solid, upward-facing arrow in it – is the AirPlay button. Tap to switch from iPad to Apple TV.
– Once you do that you’ll see the Mirroring section appear just below the entry for Apple TV. Just tap to turn that On, and the iPad 2 will immediately begin mirroring to your TV screen. -
Ive set up my iphone 3gs useing my own apple id and password on my sons laptop who has iphone 4 with his own apple id and password but when i go to buy an app its useing his apple id and i no his password which im happy about but ovioulsly hes not impressed ive signed in to his itunes but started set up as new not his can any one help

I have been trying to log in to the game center for 2 days now with no luck. I have an apple id and have never used game center before. It keeps telling me my email is already in use with another apple id and I have no idea how to get around this and would like to be able to play my games.
If the problem persists, you'll probably have to make another apple id, it wont take off any games or music or apps or anything you've bought it will all stay there, i have two apple id's and i don't have a problem with anything.

You must set the account using a Mac or an iPad/iPhone, it may not be setup using a PC.

MMy Ipad was a gift from my wife years ago...an ipad 2 I believe. It originally was registered in her name and email so it was a suprise...I have since gotten most everything switched to my own Apple id account.My problem is with the iCloud...it still pops up asking me to log in...its still in my wife's name with a long defunct email address.No one remembers the password.How can I switch this to my current iCloud account or delegate this old iCloud id entirely without a password?

If you are unable to remember your password, security questions, don’t have access to your rescue address or are unable to reset your password for whatever reason, your only option is to contact Apple ID Support, upon speaking to an operator you should explain that your problem is related to your Apple ID, this way you will not be charged for assistance, even if you don’t have an AppleCare plan.
You will need to show patience with the procedure and be prepared to demonstrate without question that the account belongs to you. Don’t expect access to be restored immediately and if you aren’t the owner of the Apple ID registered to the device the account won’t be reset. -

For your photos, it sounds like they are located in your Pictures folder. You can simply copy the photos to a new folder on your external drive for transfer to your new computer.

i had problems with it being very slow even thought I deleted all my music and pics and even a lot of apps so I figured I'd reset it and restore from the backup I have on iTunes. but after aksing for my apple id and then being forced to change my password, it also asked me to associate an email with the account.after all that when I try to restore it says it has a problem. I can't remember the exact message I get.
I set it up as a new ipad thinking I'd try and use iTunes to retrieve it. but it doesn't look like I can do it that way either.haven't synced with a my laptop in a while.Find Apple ID
