Trying to login to Ihealth app but times out each time
HI, I purchased a Ihealth wireless activity tracker, downloaded the app and tried to connect via Bluetooth, the device won't connect and all I get is network timed out. I increased the time out in the router but it still times out very quick. The ihealthlabs are no use what so ever, they just ignore people. i took the device back to the shop and they gave me another to try, but this one is even worse as it will not connect via Bluetooth.
i Would be interested if anyone else has one of these and has solved the problem, or is it the app that's at fault.

Hi, Many thanks for the help. After going back to Maplins a guy named Jay said let him have a look, and after 5 mins he had it working. First he turned off Bluetooth on the phone, he deleted both apps health and the updated app, and downloaded just the one standard app. He then put my email address and password in, it connected first time, and asked to switch Bluetooth on, it was then all working, but came up with did I want to download the updated version, which was fine. Just make sure the app you use is the blue one and not the orange one, as it updates through the standard one.
hope this helps anyone else having the same problem, as I said the chap who helped me was Jay at the Hemel Hempstead branch of Maplins.

- Go to settings>Store and sign out and sign into your account.
- Apps are locked to the account that purchased them.
- To update apps you have to sign into the account that purchased the apps. If you have apps that need updating purchased from more than one account you have to update them one at a time until the remaining apps were purchased from one account. -
I recently updated my primary email address associated with my Apple ID account.
Now when I go to App store on my iPad it still tries to login to the App store using the old email address I had associated with the account, and naturally my password doesn't work. I can't figure out how to tell my iPad to login using the updated email address.
So in effect I'm locked out of the app store and I currently have 26 updates waiting.
I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting my IPad to iCloud with no luck.. However I cloud happens to show the correct/updated email address.
Does anyone know how to resolve this?
ThanksDid you change the email for the Apple ID or did you create a new Apple ID? A new Apple ID cannot be used with content that was bought using a different Apple ID.

Hi, I've been playing Smurf's village for a year now and just last week, i tried to get into the app but it keeps rejecting and goes back to the main page. Is there any reason for this? I've been updating the app everytime and now it's not letting me in. Pls advise. Tq
Reset the device, restart the device, try downloading any other app.
All of these are basic steps that could have been found by a simple search of the forums as a resolution for the issue. -
I tried to purchase a free app, but a window continues to pop up saying that my Apple ID has been disabled. What do I do? I tried resetting my password but that did not work.
ThanksAre you able to download the app using your apple ID on a computer? If it is saying your apple ID is disabled that could mean apple had seen fit to disable it for some reason. Check to make sure you don't owe and money on your account or anything.

Installed the iTunes 10 update on my computer (Windows 7). iTunes will no longer launch and I get no error msg. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling entire app but no help. What's the fix??

The issue eventually resolved itself, I still don't really know why. I kept up with Windows update, and attempted downloading iTunes again from the Apple website, and it just... worked. It now works fine. I don't know why it took approximately 4 months to work, though.

Ok, that's strange normally deleting the app and installing it used to help.
Could you tell us how much free space you have on the device?
Which iOS version are you using?
If you are installing OTA - please try it with iTunes. -

You can however set up a new App store account withut a credit card. That account is only good for free apps.

Is this a new account? Even though its a free app the account holder needs to be verified by a verifiabel payment method. Once the account is created, you can remove the info. -
I want to use Meteor app but run out of memory.
Is there a way I can store data on the cloud, so freeing up memory to work on any given app? I run out of space all the time. I use lots of apps in different media so
can I say, do some work on one app then save the files to the Cloud, then reload later when I need it. Basically, I feel I should only Keep the apps on my iPad, then on each separate app save the work as I finish for the day to Keep my memory uncluttered? Any help would be appreciated. Its only there for backups, and data syncronization between certain Apps that support it. -

So we are entirely new to Apple products. I'm an IT guy, but have always been a windows user.
So the Ipad with Retina Display is to be mine (and will use it at work for notes, organization, etc)
The MINI is for the wife.
But, are we allowed and can we.. buy an app and share that app between both devices? IE. Can I buy a copy of Angry Birds for the House and both Ipad's use that single purchase? and if so, can we still run the Ipads seperate other than to share the apps purchased. IE my facebook and email set up on mine and hers on her ipad mini?
When I finally find a note taking app I like, can I share it on her ipad, without her having all my work files, etc?
Thanks for helping out the apple noob. Hoping for a great experience, and anticipate droping $100 in apps the first day.. just don't want to do that twice. If this is against the usage policy, thats unfortunate but good to know. (I mean we can share stuff on PC as long as its in the same household)

Now, to share apps, music and books you need to have the same Apple ID:
iPad's Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Apple ID > Your purchasing Apple ID.
For the other service, your wife should have her own Apple ID.
All she needs is a valid e-mail address, apply Apple ID below:

When tried to login WebConsole for the first time 404 not found error got

We have recently installed MI 7.0(NW2004s) and configured also as per the configuration document. But when we tried to login WebConsole we are getting the error of 404 not found. I donot know what and where I have test to login to WebConsole.
Is there any way how to test to login to WebConsole for the first time.

App created by Automator simply quits upon opening
