Trying to make a payment on this site...

i've been trying to make a payment on my debit card on this website to my horror all has failed... i've been using the same card for all the other payments up to this why are you guys messing up now? please get it together, i've never had this problem before until now!!!

I've been trying to make a payment as well online for 4 days now. I've sent emails to "support" but no response as of yet. It has nothing to do with debit cards, account balances, etc... It has something to do with their links/ payment gateway as it keeps bouncing me to the top of the page after hitting the "next" botton.

Clear the cache and the cookies from websites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
*Firefox > Preferences > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

Trying to make a payment arrangement

I've been trying to make a payment arrangement and all customer service reps that I have spoken to are unwilling to help me. I know that I have made many payment arrangements and adjustments but at least I'm paying my bill. They say they cannot make any payment arrangements because I make to many.

thanks for posting your concerns. You can request a payment arrangement online by the following methods:
Using your tablet or PC
Follow these steps for each AT&T service to make a late payment:
Go to Make a Payment. If prompted, log in1.
If you manage multiple bills, select the account for which you're making a late payment.
If you want to split the amount due into two payments with different dates, amounts, and/or payment methods, select Split this Payment.
Enter the Amount of your payment(s).
Select the calendar icon, next to the Payment Date field, and choose a date. Available dates are based on your eligibility.
Select a Payment Method.
If you select Other, you're committing to paying online, at a payment location, or by phone, on or before the date you selected.
Enter your payment information, then select Next.
Review your payment details, then select Submit to complete your scheduled late payment.
To verify your scheduled payment, go to myAT&T > Billing, Usage, Payments > History tab.
Using your smartphone
We make it easy to make a late payment. Just follow these steps for each AT&T service to make a late payment via checking/savings account or debit/credit card:
Log in from the myAT&T app2 or our mobile site (m.att.com/myatt). If prompted, select your wireless account.
Select the menu button > Billing & payments, and then select the Make payment button.
Complete the payment form, including:
Payment amount
Payment date - Available dates are based on your eligibility.
Payment method
Select Continue, review the Terms and Conditions, and then select Submit.
To verify your scheduled payment, select the menu button > Billing & payments.

The "backup password" refers to a password you created when you elected to encrypt your iPhone's backup. If you cannot remember the encryption password, you will not be able to access the backup.

**Disclaimer** I have been on this site since 10am-9:48pm and I have tried all "strategies" and instructions on this site. And I'm gratefully sorry I have to "litter" with the same post. So I have an iPhone 4 and I saw the software update of 7.0.2.

As stated above, I've been at it all day "Turning my phone on and off, resetting my wifi (did it nine times), held the power button and home button (did that three times), made space (got 1.2GB left, and it's like around 600 or 500 Mb to install it. I already downloaded it by the way, I just can't install it cause I get "Not connected to wifi" over and over). I've looked at this forum up and down till I got sick and tired of seeing the synonymous thing. All I want is to update it, I have wifi but it just tells me "not connected to wifi) and lets me try again, and I did like legit 25times, I even went to a different sites and all came up to be non-conclusive. I did see that connecting to iTunes on the pc would work but my pc is rather slow and I don't have iTunes downloaded at all either on it; so you could imagine why I'm trying to do this on my iPhone. Is there any other method? Or something else I can do? I've been turning my phone off all day to no effect..help would be greatly appreciated, and like I said: "I read all the forum post on here and tried all (except the iTunes pc one).

No matter how slow your PC is, you would have had this resolved hours ago had you taken that route. It is the only option you have left at this point.

Why do i need to contact support when trying to make a payment?

when i signed into iTunes store it requests me to review my billing and payments, as i assumed i must have not had funds taken from my bank account for a previous purchase, therefore i entered my details for payment and it then gives me an error message saying " to complete transaction contact iTunes Support " i am wondering why is this as i know my bank has availble funds, but also on my previous iTunes when i use to log on if needing to check billing and payments it would show what i have purcahsed and how much is owed how comes this doesnt shoe how much is owed anymore ?

yea i have tried contacting them and still waiting on a reply i had noticed when signing in to the store it states i havent used the apple ID for the store before which is a total wrong statement as my apple ID i have purchased over 170 songs from itunes along with 3 movies and various tv shows and other apps but i got this new laptop in which i wish to transfer everything over to from an old laptop i know of how to do this but it came up with that " the Apple ID has not been used before" so im and abit of a " 2 and 8 " (state) on what is going on with my apple account... so am turning to everywhere for advice, i wish i could call an itunes rep to get this sorted quicker and easier....

You Tube videos play for 2-3 seconds. I have tried all the fixes listed on this site.

You tube videos were playing well and then started to load slow and play video for 2-3 seconds at a time. We updated Adobe Flash player and Internet explored to version 11 and tried all the listed fixes but nothing is fixing the problem.

I purchased things under my credit limit but now i am charged the full amount..can i make payments on this $450 credit?

I recently was told at the Verizon store that I had $450 credit to add to my account. I then purchased my Christmas items which added up to $450. I received my December bill and I have been charged the $450 plus my regular monthly charges. Can I make monthly payments on this $450? I really believed that this could be spread out over time.

On bill to account, it cannot be spread out. It is a 30 day float loan on a purchase or purchases.
When you cannot pay your bill, its called a Payment Plan and it is not a charge account. Verizon allows those that cannot pay their monthly invoice to get an arraignment. Not bill to account.
Those who don't pay their invoices also get a bad mark on their credit reports. Financial Services works with those who fall behind in paying to get their money. That is it.
Your examples have nothing to do with "Bill to Account" which is a courtesy and not a right.

Hi, I'm trying to make a payment for the world unlimited subsciption. It shows pending for all the transactions I was trying to make. No $1 was charged to any of them. Even tried from my husband's account and can't even get to the payment site. Depending on the amount you added the last time you put minutes on your phone, your account may have expired. Generally, placing a larger amount on your line will result in a longer time before your account expires. At this point, I would call prepaid customer service to have them check on the status of your account.

We don't have Macs, but our client and some colleagues do.
It's clear he is troubleshooting a problem with the web site when viewed in the Mac version of Safari.
To ulysses69: While clearly many of us are willing to help with this (and I kind of enjoy it, personally), questions like this are probably better suited to other web sites that have forums for general web site testing and troubleshooting. Apple's forums are specifically intended for questions and answers about problems using Apple's products, which isn't really what you're looking for. That said, I don't have a problem continuing in this thread. Just be aware that there are probably more effective places for this kind of question.
