Trying to open a forum in Russian automatically re-directs to 'My Threads' instead

Question

Hi everybody,
I've been missing the original combined view of all my forums. Many of forums I used to read I don't see anymore.
So, I decided to check them from 'My Forums' link. I tried to open this forum

для администраторов
However, after I clicked on that forum I was re-directed to forum's home instead of opening that forum.
When I would be able to see all my forums (from various brands and languages) normally from My Forums view? I haven't read threads in these forums for months and now I even have no idea how to get to these forums.

UPDATE. In order to actually see forum's content I manually changed en-US to ru-ru and then I was able to see the forum's content. However, it should be done automatically.

Except that is the nature of collaboration and group problem solving.  People asking for ideas are given ideas and it doesn't cost the responder much to do that.  Expecting perfect answers from volunteers with limited time and interest is unrealistic
IMO.
So, in fact, in my case, what this is, is an example of how such criticism can intimidate and inhibit potentially useful progress.  I had another suggestion which I would have normally made which I suspect would have had the potential of getting
more information about this problem but then I realized that what I was thinking of involved off-loading some testing that I could do by myself and use the knowledge gained from that in a more substantial reply instead.  The problem is that I don't have
that much interest in doing that work and forgot about it.  I may still pursue it but not likely.

Robert, I am afraid your complicated paragraph is beyond my means to decipher.  But I understand the term you use, "intimidate".
If by that, you are referring to the instance herein where the person of highest recognition ("Owner") sought to impose the blunderous solution as Answer (with fake votes added to endorse it),
Or if by that, you are referring to the parallel thread I (couldn't) linked, wherein two highest recognition ("MVP" and "CSG") personnel pushed the made-up gibberish non-Answer,
Or if by that, you mean the conspicuous display of uncaring shown in both cases, both in the failure to make amend for the treatment, or even to return with a courteous bow-out or even a word to that effect,
Or if by that, you mean the disrespectful follow-up that was blurted there instead, and is emerging here,
Then we are in agreement to the meaning of that term "intimidate".
