Trying to output 16:9 but it comes out as 4:3

Hi,
I recently switched from shooting 4:3 to 16:9, but when I export the sequence as a QuickTime movie it keeps reverting it back to 4:3 which squashes everything. That is, when I check the file by playing it through the QuickTime player, its displayed in 4:3.
Have I just got some settings wrong or have I messed it up somewhere down the line? I've checked that I have the easy set up as anamorphic, all the clips have the anamorphic tick by them and the sequence does too. The canvas is 16:9 in the edit and I cannot figure out, why when I play the completed file back does it come out 4:3.

I'm not sure where to find the specifications you asked for. I do have another question however.
When I set the easy setup to DV-PAL, in the easy setup window where it tells you the specifications, it says the output is 720x576. When I switch to DV-PAL Anamorphic, it still says in the specifications that the output is 720x576. Should it not switch to 1024x576 to make it anamorphic?
When I've exported movies from the timeline (when everything is set to anamorphic), and played them back in quicktime, the 'inspector' tells me that they're "720x576 (1024x576)". I don't understand why the 1024x576 is in brackets and it doesn't display them as such.
I hope that this makes sense and I've given you enough information to work with. If you can help me I' be very grateful!

Recovery Mode
1. Disconnect the USB cable from the device, but leave the other end of the cable connected to your computer's USB port.
2. Turn off the device: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, then slide the slider. Wait for the device to turn off.
3.While pressing and holding the Home button, reconnect the USB cable to the device. The device should turn on.
4. Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect to iTunes" screen. When this screen appears, release the Home button. iTunes should alert you that it has detected a device in recovery mode. Click OK, and then click Restore to restore the device.
Note: Data will be lost. You may have to repeat the above many times.

The icon is +Sections, not just Sections, as in "Add a Section". When you click that icon you get a section break and and a new section template, complete with preformatted text called placeholder text. The reason "Lorem ipsum" is there is so you can see what the format looks like. The reason that it is Latin gibberish is so you won't get hung up on, or distracted by, what it says. It's just a display of format. Select the "Lorem ipsum" text and start typing your content.

I tried to restore in normal mode and DFU mode, both of it still give me error (9).
I tried using other cable and computer but it still the same.

Is this a hardware or software issue? My warranty already over and have to solve this problem by myself.

Did you check your security software settings?
Error 9: This error occurs when the device unexpectedly drops off the USB bus and communication stops. This can occur if the device is manually disconnected during the restore process. FORCE IPAD INTO RECOVERY MODE
1. Turn off iPad
2. Turn on computer and launch iTunes (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)
3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port
4. Hold Home button down and plug the other end of cable into docking port.
DO NOT RELEASE BUTTON until you see picture of iTunes and plug
5. Release Home button.
ON COMPUTER
6. iTunes has detected iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTunes.
7. Select "Restore iPad"...
Note:
1. Data will be lost if you do not have backup
2. You must follow step 1 to step 4 VERY CLOSELY.

Try a reset: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the iPad shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the iPad back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps from the tray before doing the reset.

Exporting a video, but it comes out the wrong size

When I export a video, i am trying to have it come out 1280 X 720 (720p) but when I export it, it comes out 720 X 480 (480p) Any ideas why?
I am using After Effects CS6 and here are the settings

No. Quicktime is NOT A CODEC. It's a media container like an avi or mxf. It contains files encoded using codecs.
Codec = COde DECode. Get it?
You just keep exploring those Output Module settings and eventually you'll stumble on a whole big list of codecs: Animation.... Photo JPEG... PNG... Motion JPEG... and so forth.
If you're lucky, the list will include the codec in which your original footage was encoded.

Try the following.
First, temporarily uninstall Skype and when this has completed, restart the notebook.
Next, download the IDT Audio installer on the link below and save it to your Downloads folder.

When done, open windows Control Panel, open Device Manager and open up Sound, Video and Game Controllers. Right click the IDT device and select Uninstall - you should also get a prompt to remove the current driver, tick the box to allow this and then proceed with the uninstall.
When complete, shut down the notebook, unplug the AC Adapter and then remove the battery. Hold down the Power button for 30 seconds. Re-insert the battery and plug in the AC Adapter.
Tap away at the esc key as you start the notebook to enter the Start-up Menu. Select the Bios option ( usually f10 ). Press f5 to load the defaults ( this is sometimes f9, but the menu at the bottom will show the correct key ), use the arrow keys to select 'Yes' and hit enter. Press f10 to save the setting and again use the arrow keys to select 'Yes' and hit enter.
Let Windows fully load, then open your Downloads folder, right click on the IDT installer and select 'Run as Administrator' to start the installation. When this has completed, restart the notebook again.
If it now works Ok, reinstall Skype

Print activates but page comes out blank

I have a Photosmart eStation C510a that I have been using for over two years with no problems. The problem I have now is that when I send a file to print a page comes out but it is blank like no ink is being disbursed. I have new ink cartridges installed and they read as full. Is there a fix or do I need to send for repairs?

I cleaned the printheads and it fixed the issue for now thanks to the response to another post. It is great to have a group where you can find potential fixes before having to go for repairs or a replacement.
