Trying to pair IPAD2 with Windows 7 - Driver Not Found error

Hi, I have the Ipad2 & Iphone4 and am trying to pair them with my windows 7  pc.32 bit I get an error message that the bluetooth periphal driver is not installed nor can it be found.   I have wifi but not 3G on Ipad2. I have 3G on Iphone 4 and my laptop can use the iphone4 3G to connect to internet if my comcast goes down. I  do have the capability to use my 3G service of my Iphone to tether to my Ipad2. I do not understand why I am getting this bluetooth error nor can I find a way to resolve.

After searching through this forrow i found this

  • Why do I get a boot drive not found error only when laptop lid has been closed?

    I've got a HP Mini 210 P/Number: VX818EA with Windows 7 Starter.
It works fine when turning on after shutdown, but when I've put it to sleep by closing the lid it won't 'wake up', and I get a blank screen. On restarting the computer I get a 'boot drive not found' error, (3F0) which can be resolved by following the steps on this page: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c01443463&tmp_task=solveCategory&lc=en&dlc=en&cc...
I've run disk check etc as suggested on that link, no errors are found, but nothing seems to resolve the problem more than temporarily. Seems odd that this only happens if I close the lid (sleep mode with the lid up is fine, doesn't crash the computer).
    Can anyone advise?
    Thanks

    Hello,
Very strange, can you go to BIOS and reset the setting " By Default " ?. How did you check the disk ?
This is an unusual probleme Hp Mini 210 . And notice me after your reset the bios settings.

    Hi,

My Design Studio version is 1.3 win 32 bit

I have tried creating DSN ODBC connection via "C:\Windows\SysWOW64\odbcad32.exe" and via Control Panel > Administrative tools > Data Sources(ODBC). But it does not detect it either.
I am not sure what needs to change to let Design Studio know which HANA client driver to use.
    Please help!.

  • Apache plug-in prob : when trying to access '/weblogic/' URL , "404 : file not found" error is shown

    On : Apache 2.0 , Weblogic 7.0, Win 2000
I installed the Apache plug-in for as described in WL docs, but when I try to
access a URL /weblogic/ ( supposed to be configured automatically ) on apache,
I get '404 : file not found' error.
As per the docs, I did following config in Apache:
    1. Copied the 'mod_wl_20.so' file found in WLHOME\server\bin directory to the
    APACHE_HOME\modules directory
    2. Added to httpd.conf :
    LoadModule weblogic_module modules/mod_wl_20.so
    3. Apache httpd.conf syntax correct : checked by running ' APACHE_HOME\bin\Apache
    -t '
    4. Restarted WL & Apache.
    Now, the weblogic documentation says,
"Test the Apache plug-in by opening a browser and setting the URL to the Apache
Server + "/weblogic/", which should bring up the default WebLogic Server HTML
page, welcome file, or default servlet, as defined for the default Web Application
    on WebLogic Server. For example:
    http://myApacheserver.com/weblogic/".
    For my server, 'http://localhost/weblogic/' - I get a "404 : file not found" error.
What other configuration is needed ? Do I have to specify '/weblogic/' name anywhere
else in Apache configuration file ?
    Any pointers will be appreciated.
    Thanks,
    S

Forgot to mention , I've also added following configuration in httpd.conf :
    LoadModule weblogic_module modules\mod_wl_20.so
    <IfModule mod_weblogic.c>
    WebLogicHost localhost
    WebLogicPort 7501
    </IfModule>
    <Location /weblogic>
    SetHandler weblogic-handler
    PathTrim /weblogic
    </Location>

  • Tried to sync ipad2 with itunes and got an error and now ipad frozen with usb cable/arrow/itunes logo.

I'm trying to sync music from my itunes library on my PC to my ipad2. During process got an error(don't remember #) and then it went to backing up. Now the ipad is frozen with a usb cable coming up to a white arrow and then the itunes logo. The ipad will turn on and off but nothing else. Any ideas?

You will probably need to restore using Recovery Mode. You can read about it here.
    http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4097
Or you can follow these Recovery Mode Instructions
Disconnect the USB cable from the iPad, but leave the other end of the cable connected to your computer's USB port.
Turn off iPad: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, then slide the slider. Wait for iPad to turn off.
If you cannot turn off iPad using the slider, press and hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons at the same time. When the iPad turns off, release the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons.
While pressing and holding the Home button, reconnect the USB cable to iPad. When you reconnect the USB cable, iPad should power on.
Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect to iTunes" screen. When this screen appears you can release the Home button.
If necessary, open iTunes. You should see the recovery mode alert that iTunes has detected an iPad in recovery mode.
    Use iTunes to restore iPad.

  • Driver not found error

Hi I bought a new 30 GB Ipod today and I've spent 5 hours now trying to make it work. I hope some one can help or I'm taking it back tomorrow. Thanks
I've got Itunes installed and Quick Time and IPOD version 2006-03-06. When I plug my IPOD in to the computer it brings up an new hardware installer and can not find the Software / Driver even if I direct it to the IPOD folder in program files.
I've tried going via the device manager and it can see the IPOD but has a yellow question mark and when you try to install the driver the Device Status says
"This device is not configured correctly. (Code 1)
To reinstall the drivers for this device, click Reinstall Driver."
and takes you back to hardware installer problem.

    ... good lord ...
okay. some digital camera software deliberately tricks Windows into thinking that the camera is a hard drive. the noir household kodak is an example.
so it's possible that what you're getting here is a really really really weird variation on the Windows issue underlying this problem:
Windows confuses iPod with network drive and may keep iPod from mounting or songs may seem to disappear

MSI "RS480M2-IL" ATI Radeon XPRESS 200 Chipset Motherboard For AMD Socket 939
I have just built an Athlon 64 system using the motherboard stated above. When I boot the system up, I get an error message stating that the system can not boot up from the CD 95% of the time.  I then use Ctrl-Alt-Del and the system boots up just fine.  I have the BIOS set to search the hard disk first for boot up before looking at the CDROM and I still get this error. I believe it can not find the hard drive due to timing or what???
We did load the MS XP 64 bit operating system at first, but we found that there were ot enough drivers available. We then did a quick format and loaded the the MS XP Pro operating system after that.  Everything works fine except for this error message we get 95% of the time on bootup. We are using a serial ATA 80 GB Western Digital Hard drive and a Lite-On dual layer DVD burner(IDE).

    Hi,
until I was using BIOS 3.2, the system works very fine. After upgrading to BIOS 3.3, my system usually did not boot after cold restart (button) but then after warm restart (ctrl-alt-del) always started. It was not usable because I use scheduled starting of PC to record TV programs. Every cold restart SATA boot drive boot was not found but after warm restart everything OK. So I reflashed back bios 3.2 and the system works perfectly again.
    Any one similar experience?
p.s. With 3.2 BIOS I am very satisfied with this motherboard and its stability. But not sure about future upgrading BIOS :-(

  • Hibernate Driver not found error

Hi, I downloaded the hibernate tutorial examples:
They worked fine using the H2 in memory database. However, I tried to change the hibernate-tutorial-hbm Maven project to connect to Oracle 11g Express Edition. These were the changes I've done:
    1. To add ojdbc14.jar as a Manven dependency to the .pom configuration file;
    2. To create the entity Event in my Oracle XE database;
    3. To reset the following hibernate properties:
    <property name="connection.driver_class">oracle.jdbc.OracleDriver</property>
    <property name="connection.url">jdbc:oracle:thin:@localhost:1521:xe</property>
    <property name="connection.username">system</property>
    <property name="connection.password">1234</property>
After doing these changes, I tried to run Maven "test" target, but an exception was thrown:
    Test set: org.hibernate.tutorial.hbm.NativeApiIllustrationTest
Tests run: 1, Failures: 0, Errors: 1, Skipped: 0, Time elapsed: 1.421 sec <<< FAILURE!
    testBasicUsage(org.hibernate.tutorial.hbm.NativeApiIllustrationTest) Time elapsed: 1.376 sec <<< ERROR!

    I'm investigating three possible mistakes:
    1. Classpath
    2. Driver class name
    3. Url connection
Unfortunately, I couldn't fix it yet.
    What's really wrong?
    PS. I'm using Ecplise Indigo

  • A valid DVD drive not found (error -70012)

    Hi.
I get this message when I try to insert a DVD or start the DVD Player app:
'The was an initialization error: A valid DVD drive could not be found [-70012]'
It won't allow DVD to be insert, they just kind of hit a buffer. There seems to be no power to the DVD drive.
    Just happened one day.
    Macbook Pro running 10.6.8
    Any ideas?
I'd try to get an appt at an Apple Store near me but they are all booked up!!
    Thanks

I can only think of two possible reasons. 1. The optical drive is dead. 2. The DVD you put in for some reason went in at an incorrect angle, and jammed something in the drive mechanism.
If you buy this reasoning, you could try to wiggle the DVD. I would use the edge of another cd, inserted about half an inch (one cm) till it touches the one inside, and see if you can get some movement up and down of the one inside.
Needless to say you would be doing this at the risk of further damaging the optical drive as well as the DVD.

  • Time machine fails backing up with a "backup disk not found" error after upgrade to Lion 10.7.2

Time machine fails backing up with a "backup disk not found" error after upgrade to Lion 10.7.2. I've erased and reformatted the drive; reconnected Time Machine(it saw it) and began a new backup. The backup starts again but fails before completing with backup drive not found error. I used the 10.7.2 combo update. Any help on how to fix this problem would be appreciated.

    Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!
After waiting since October for a fix, I have now upgraded the firmware on the Time Capsule and installed the new Airport Utility, released yesterday, and the situation is even worse.
Up until now, the Airport Utility had an option to disconnect all drives manually and the Time Capsule would then work until the next reboot – a temporary (?) work-around.
Now that option does not exist in the new-look Airport Utility. And the Airport Utility installation can’t be rolled back and the old utility won’t restore.
The sparesbundle is still not accessible. Anyone worked out a work-around in the new environment yet?
I have another Time Machine backup working fine to a trusty old Lacie Drive so erased the one on my Time Capsule to see if that works. I have renamed the Capsule and the Time Capsule Drive.  But to build another full backup will take at least two days and I shall be away from tomorrow and am reluctant to leave the Capsule and computer up and running for a week. And I’ll bet the sparsbundle will still be nowhere to be found.
How can Apple screw up so badly when they are to become the richest company in the entire world and – soon – will have more cash in the bank than the entire United States? Can’t they afford someone who really can sort this out? Especially when a Firewire connected hard drive – my trusty and simple LaCie – works fine.
    Words, almost, fail me.

  • File Not Found Error running JSP demos

I'm not sure what is going on, but it appears that every time I try to run a jsp, the server looks in the document root where it errors out with a file not found error. I've seen others with this type of problem but I haven't seen a solution. Anyone have any ideas?
    Thanks.

1: Double check the port number that your Tomcat Server is using. (TOMCAT_HOME/conf/server.xml).
2: check you IP. This is not the 'localhost' IP (not sure if it is LAN or real IP). So it may change dynamically.
3: Check for Firewalls. Also, since you are not using localhost, you will have to make sure you traverse all the firewalls built around your system. If you have a router (home), windows XP, or some other firewall, make sure the appropriate ports are opened. If you are behind a corporate firewall, or your ISP closes ports... your kinda out of luck until you find a way to cheat around them.
2: Try just using just "/ValidateUser.jsp" as long as it is one the same domain as the Form. This will make it less likely to break, should your IP change.
