Trying to purchase new music get error message 5002
Tried to buy new music and received the following;
We could not complete your iTunes Store request.
An unknown error occurred (5002).
There was an error in the iTunes Store. Please try again later.
What do I do to correct this problem?

Apparently you did not try very hard, since you only tried one store. You can buy MP3s from any online music download store and use them in iTunes/iPod. Use this link => click here.

I can't open my Lightroom. I keep on getting the message:
Trying to open Lightroom. Get ERROR message:
Lightroom encountered an error when reading from its preview cache and needs to quit.
Lightroom will attempt to fix this problem the next time it launches.
This has happened before.
I also can't get my Plug-ins (like Topaz and onOne) to work within Photoshop CC and Lightroom.
Not the first time this has happened.
Any suggestions?I apologize. I should've told you to delete the folder with the same name as your catalog. So you want to delete the folder named Lightroom 5 Catalog Previews.lrdata.

I have Adobe Photoshop Elements 5.0 and am trying to upgrade to 13 - getting error message that "file archive part" of Adobe 13 is missing. When I try to download installers for older products it only goes back to v7, not v5 what to do next?
TDFields you will want to ensure the 7z and exe file are in the same folder/directory. You can find more details at Find a download link on Adobe.com.

When trying to purchase an app an error message comes up saying the info I entered does not match my banking info. The odd thing is, the $1.00 hold is shown immediately on my credit card acct. , so I obviously did enter it correctly. Tried 5 times. Any suggestions

Try completely removing any authorization using ctrl-shift-D to ADE (cmd-shift-D if on Mac).
Restart ADE, and then reauthorize with your Adobe ID. -

Trying to publish movie and get error message -50
trying to publish movies from imovies. I keep getting error messages (-50) or (-34). don't know what it means. also when I put in a dvd to burn it tells me "not enough space". Movies are less than an hour. why? I recently was able to burn one for 1hour and 3 min now I can't burn anything? confused...help
The not enough space message refers to file size. Even though the movie may be short, perhaps for some reason it has a large file size.

Having problems launching iTunes on my pc. Had iTunes on this particular pc for over a year. Have downloaded all of the new updated versions. Now I get an error message saying "This copy of iTunes is corrupted or is not installed correctly. Please reinstall." I have backed up the pc to an earlier date when when the program was working, and also performed serveral system diagnosis all saying the program is incompatible. Searched for several compatible programs, none worked. All this happened several days after visiting iTunes. I'm afraid that if I reinstall iTunes that I will loose everything and have to start all over. Eventhough everything is saved in an iCloud account and this particular pc. Never had a problem till now. Appreciate any help. Thank you, cld
Let's try a repair install of iTunes first.
Restart the PC. If you're using Vista or 7, now head into your Uninstall a program control panel, select "iTunes" and then click "Repair". If you're using XP, head into your Add or Remove Programs control panel, select "iTunes", click "Change" and then click "Repair".
Can you launch your iTunes now? -
Transfer Music gets Error Message -36
Anyone know what this error refers to? New iPod and when I go to download a music album from iTunes I get this message:
"Attempting to copy to the disk Jack's iPod failed. An unknown error occurred (-36)".
Sometimes this locks up the whole machine to where a forced restart is required, and it also wipes out what music I had on managed to get on.
The photos download fine, and photos also transfer fine using the Camera Connector.
I have restored and restarted twice now, which didn't make a a bit of difference.
Latest message was "preferences not saved for this iPod, because it can't be found"
Halp!!
Jack
Just got a new error message after doing a restore and trying to download an alblum from iPhoto: "The iPod Jack's iPod cannot be updated. The required file cannot be found." What in the world is it looking for that isn't on the computer?I'm having this problem too, but with a twist. I get this error message on my home computer only. I have a new 60GB color screen iPod. On my work computer I am able to load as many songs and playlists as I want. At home I try to load a playlist and 3 or 4 songs load and then I get the (36) error. I tried loading just one song at a time and it still gave the error. Sometimes it freezes up the whole computer and I have to do a hard restart. Any idea why this happens on one computer and not another? Both have v4.9 iTunes, both are 10.3.9 OSX, work is a G4, home is a G5.
The iPod plays fine. -
Not sure what to do. I've tried a system restore on my computer after the update in hopes of undoing the problem, that didn't work. I've tried to install, the new version of itunes for over two days now and I get to the point where it says "starting services" and it almost get's done and then it gives me that message " Service apple mobile device (apple mobile device) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privledges to start system services." Then it gives me three options to click on "abort", "retry" or "ignore". I've tried to retry over and over and it does no good, I just get the same message. I've tried ignore and the one time it did finish installing itunes, it didn't work, I got error messages telling me that it failed to download properly and I needed to delete the program and download it again. I thought maybe it had something to do with my ipod not being pluged into the computer so I pluged that it and it's still giving me the same message. I just don't know what to do. I'm very frustrated and I would really appreciate it if someone could help me. I'm completely out of ideas.
