Trying to put XP (64-bit) SP2 on MacBook

Hi... I am a new Mac user (just got mine around 1 month ago) and I would like to put XP64 on my Mac so I can use all 4 GB of my RAM (I tried Vista32 and it only used around 2.8GB, so that's a waste)...
My only question is... is all I need the AirPort driver for Windows and then after that XP will connect to Windows Update and find the required updates, or do I need to find all the updates myself since I'm trying to install a 64-bit version?

So if I'm understanding correctly, when you say drivers for "Apple-specific" hardware, some examples include the AirPort wireless card and the trackpad, am I right? Correct me if I'm wrong, I'm not really familiar with this process of dual-booting and Macs, in general.
Mostly the Trackpad, iSight, Keyboard short-cuts and -functions.
For all 'standard' harware used in a Mac, and this includes the wireless card, there should be drivers to find.
Since I don't have a MacBook, I can't really say from which manufacturer the wireless card is.
Use the System Profiler (from the Utilities Folder) to determine which manufacturer has made what in your MacBook and look on their websites for drivers.
Any help is appreciated.

I recently got a new computer and got rid of my old one. I am trying to put the music from my ipod touch onto my new computer but keep getting a message saying that my ipod is already synced with a library and cannot be synced with more than one. How do I access that library on my new computer and if I can't are their other ways for me to put the music on my ipod into my new computer?

Syncing to a new iTunes library or computer will erase your ipod. Only if you back up your iPod manually before syncing, you can restore your device from that backup again. A manual backup does not include the sync process.
Disable autosync in iTunes, connect your iPod to your new computer and right click on it in the device list and choose backup. iTunes will backup your ipod without syncing.
Transfer your purchases the same way, choosing "transfer purchases" this time.
When you connect your iPod for the first time, all media content will be erased. But you can restore your settings and app data from your manual backup afterwards.
Don't forget to set up at least one contact and event on your new computer to be able to merge calendars and contacts when you sync the ipod for the first time.
Music is one way only, from the computer to your device, unless you bought the songs in itunes and transferred your purchases.

Removing and reinstalling iTunes and other software components for Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8
However, after your remove the Apple software components also remove the iCloud Control Panel via Windows Programs and Features app in the Window Control Panel. Then reinstall all the Apple software components
- New cable and different USB port
- Run this and see if the results help with determine the cause

First quit iTunes and look in your iTunes folder.
On Windows, the iTunes folder is in your My Music folder.
On Mac, the iTunes folder is in your Music folder.
Follow this path: iTunes > iTunes Media > Music >
Here there should be all your music folders. Open the folders containing the music that is not playing. Right click "get info" (mac) or right click "properties" (windows).
This window will tell you the file type. iTunes will play music in AAC, MP3, and Lossless, etc.
If the files are .wma you will need to convert them into ACC or MP3 format for it to play on an iPod. In iTunes, highlight the tracks that you want to convert, then on the menu bar, Advanced > Create AAC/MP3 version and the tracks will convert. Delete the old files.
If the file extenstion is anything like .exe .txt .rar then you don't have an audio file.

now i am really frustrated with it. Every single update has robbed me of battery power which began with about 8-10 hours of usage and now I am lucky if I get 2 hours. It isn't the battery. There is nothing wrong with the OS update.
Delete ALL your email accounts.
Restart Playbook
Put the accounts back and ensure they are all set with PUSH ON. Manual (push off) will burn battery.
Similarly delete your wifi connections and add back when required.
Turn off wifi is not connected to wifi.
Any "hunting for connection" in email or wifi will burn up battery.

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.

If you've copied your iPhoto library to an external disk, it's normal that it appears. Anyway, open iPhoto holding Option key and look at the library you want to delete. At the bottom of the window, you must see the directory where it's, so just go here and delete your library

Highlight the movie, go to iTunes menu ADVANCED and select create iPad and AppleTV version.

The iPod sees the new computer as a new iTunes library. You can only sync with one iTunes library. However, you can manage music among disfferent computers. See:

Since it has always been very basic to backup your computer and all it's data, Apple provides no way for you to transfer music from your iPhone back to your computer. As you know, you can re-download all iTunes purchases, but music that you ripped yourself you'll have to just re-rip again.
You can try and find 3rd party applications that might help you. I'm sure you'll pay, however.
Let this be a very important lesson learned.
