Forgotten Restrictions Passcode Help
            iPad,iPod,iPod Touch Recovery Mode
You will need to restore your device as New to remove a Restrictions passcode. Go through the normal process to restore your device, but when you see the options to restore as New or from a backup, be sure to choose New.
You can restore from a backup if you have one from BEFORE you set the restrictions passcode.

    If you can't figure out the password, you'll need to put your phone in DFU mode (search google for instructions) and restore as NEW.

    You may need to put the iPod into recovery mode : http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1808 - you should then be able to reset the iPod and re-sync its content.

    I havent touched my Iphone 4s in ages (about a month). I came back to it the other day. I forgot the password, so naturally it disabled it and is telling me to connect to iTunes.     Try this  - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.) No data/files will be erased. http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1430
    This works for some users. Not sure why.
    Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.

    As soon as I type in my password and ID in settings I get the message 'Cannot connect to iTunes Store'. Same thing when I go straight through the itunes app. I have followed the advice about setting the date to a year in the future to no avail. It just won't accept my password and ID even though they are fine on my Mac and iphone and I have everything in icloud. Baffled! Help Please???

    Sign out, power your iPad off and back on again and then try signing in again.

    If you can't connect to the iTunes Store and you're repeatedly asked for a password, first try signing out:
    Tap Settings > iTunes & App Store, then tap the Apple ID signed in.
    Choose Sign Out from the menu that appears.

    Once you can connect to the iTunes Store, sign back in from Settings > iTunes & App Store.
