My husband and I were trying to setup FaceTime and now his cellphone number is on my FaceTime setting instead of mine and I'm receiving his text messages. Can some please help .
On each device, go to Settings > Messages > Send & Receive. Make sure that each device is using separate addresses and phone numbers. If your email address is checked on both devices, Your husband will recieve everything he intends to send to you.
Do the same for FaceTime. -

Yes you can contact Apple UK at daytime, for free, in the Chat.
Just go to the iPad page, then press buy now in the upper right corner, and then in the upper right corner you will see the phone number, and next to it,(only at daytime) you will see a button, writing something like contact else, I don't really know what is the exact label, but it works.

when trying to launch facetime on mac, a message drops down that says "unable to verify email because it is already in use by another Apple ID". The mac tech things it's an itunes problem. Anybody?
You need to select the "Manage My Account" link and not the "Reset Your Password" link. Once you use the "Manage My Account" it will ask you to log in and in there you should see which email addresses are verified.

I've synced iPad with iTunes, but it keeps telling me that there are purchases on my iPad that need to be transferred before I can run the iOS update or I will lose them. What should I do? How do I figure out what purchases have not been transferred? I went into iTunes on my Mac and ran "Check for available downloads" and I still get same message.
The 'cehck for available downloads' checks if there is anything in the store that you haven't yet downloaded, it won't copy anything from the iPad. Have you tried doing File > Devices > Transfer Purchases ?

I have an iPad with IMAP email accounts set up but can find no "inbox, drafts, trash" folders for each email account anywhere on my iPad or in Mac Mail. How can I set them up? I can't find anyway to set them up anywhere. Thanks

I found some resources that I think might help with the visibility of your IMAP email folders on your iPad and Mac.
On your iPad, you may need to follow the steps in this article to make sure your folders are visible:

On your Mac, I am not sure if you have the sidebar enabled, but you can enable it using the steps in the article below. When this is showing, you should see your email account listed near the bottom with a triangle next to it. When the triangle is pointing down, it should show your folders:

Have you already verified your "new" email address? If not then please check your inbox for a confirmation email (also the junk folder). If you do not have a confirmation email then please sign in at https://appleid.apple.com and press "verify" for confirming your email address.

I have a problem, my wife has an ipad with photos , emails etc etc, she has recently got herself a new iPad Air, has now been using that for two or more months, more photos (new) more emails and other stuff. What she wants to do is get all she wants from ipad 1 to new ipad without finishing up with 2 of everything which happen on previous occasion. I realise that she needs to tidy up ipad 1 first and get rid of thousands of emails etc. I need help.

When we did iPhone thru same process finished up with two of most things pics and emails. The emails alone were over 2 thousand and wife reluctant to delete them all. I would and just sort pics. If everything is working OK, I believe it simply means that the iPad and iTunes are communicating and that any changes that you made to the sync configuration are waiting to go through. If you updated apps on the iPad and they get transferred into iTunes or if you download new songs onto the iPad and they are being transferred into iTunes, any app data that moves back and forth - those would be changes that need to be applied.
If you can't finish the sync and that's why you are asking, can you provide more specific details? -
I cannot sign in my facetime in my macbook. It just keep saying "The server encountered an error processing registration. Please try again later." But when i try log in to my ipad it work perfectly fine.

I am trying to download and install the iOS 7.1 software that was sent thought general on my iPad 4 th generation it keeps saying there was an error downloading it, what do I do now?
First try resetting your iPad and then try updating again.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.
If it still will not work, try updating using iTunes. But before you do that, disable your firewall and your antivirus software, then try the update again. -
