Trying to sign in and get 5002 no matter what I try, help?

I am new. My iPhone4 is on it's way.
I have an account from when my husband had an iMac.
My account is still good. I can log in online but I can't do it through iTunes.
The bellow picture is what I get.
I am opperating on Windows 8 beta and cannot change that.
I cannot set up with another computer because this is the only one.
HELP what do I do. I was told I have to have iTunes working to activate my phone
when it gets here.
As you see, I have JUST downloaded iTunes via link from Verizon sent me to iTunes for most recent version.
And this is what I get every time trying to sign in.

Try Reset all settings
Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings
Note: Data will not be affected but settings will be reset.

Sign out of your account, restart the iPad and then sign in again.
Settings>iTunes & App Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Go back to Settings>iTunes & App Store>Sign in and then try again.

urgh... just noticed my previous post said i have mountain lion... i meant that i have snow leopard. no idea why i messed that up!
anyway, i just tried reinstalling snow leopard from the usb key that came with the computer. Then, I installed software updates until it told me there were no more updates. After that, I tried the app store again, and it still is giving me the unknown error. really irked by that. may have to take it back to the apple store yet again, to see if i can figure out why the app store won't work.

In the text you say you are using Snow Leopard. Snow Leopard will not operate on a G4 (or any Mac with a PowerPC processor). Leopard OS 10.5 is the max OS for PowerPC processor Macs. Your profile shows OS 10.5.6. What OS are you using (or trying to use)?
Will the PB boot using a systen install DVD?

The plans are based on the number of pages that you print, not on how many ink cartridges you use. Your monthly fee pays for ink, shipping, and recycling. It seems like due to some unknown reason permission from the Licensing folder is removed. Please try launching any of the apps by right clicking and select Run as an Administrator, it should fix the issue by doing that.

I am running Windows 7 64 bit ultimate and have the same problem. My hard drive crashed, installed a new one and then reinstalled CS5 extended. Installation went fine, but can no longer open my camera RAW files from Photoshop (camera is a Canon EOS T2i. The message also tells me I am not eligible for the update. I am... and I cannot open my files and I could before. I can find nowhere to contact Adobe to tell me how to proceed. My daughter is all a registered user of the same product and she had no problems upgrading... we purchased ours each at the same time. I do know the difference is that I had to reinstall and she did not. If that means anything.
