Try logging on to your accunt on a conoputer and then go to edit you account. Make sure that you account details are correct and the then save. It may be an Apple problems since some other have been have same or similar problem this morning.

I have already created an Apple ID. I tried to sign in on iTunes, but it said I have not yet used this ID with iTunes. It then directed me to the billing page. There was no option "none" for the credit card payment. It will not let me continue without entering one in.
- Add a credit card or other payment method like redeeming an iTunes gift card.
- Create a NEW account using these instructions. Make sure you follow the instructions. Many do not and if you do not you will not get the None option. You must use an email address that you have not used with Apple before.

Trying to update Apple TV software, but keep getting "update was not successful" message--what gives? Definitely have wifi connectivity.
If your problem persists get yourself a micro USB cable (sold separately), you can restore your Apple TV from iTunes:
Remove ALL cables from Apple TV. (if you don't you will not see Apple TV in the iTunes Source list)
Connect the micro USB cable to the Apple TV and to your computer.
Reconnect the power cable (only for Apple TV 3)
Open iTunes.
Select your Apple TV in the Devices list, and then click Restore.
(You may already have a micro USB cable if you have a camera or other digital device) -

Bought an ipad but the seller didn't erase his Apple ID. I don't have his #. I restored it it asked me for a Apple ID I tried to sign in with mine and it asked me for a different Apple ID. What can I do or am I stuck with a non working ipad? Pls help.

Check for hardware issues
Try to restore your iOS device two more times while connected with a cable, computer, and network you know are good. Also, confirm your security software and settings are allowing communication between your device and update servers. If you still see the alert when you update or restore, contact Apple support.
Common errors: 1, 10-47, 1002, 1011, 1012, 1014, 1000-1020.

I just upgraded from an iPhone 4 to an iPhone5s. I was trying to set up my new iPhone. I connected it to my Mac and iTunes and chose "restore backup from old phone". It's now finished syncing but my iPhone keeps on telling me to "connect to itunes". It's as if my new iPhone is not recognizing that restoring is done. What do I need to do?

Try restoring the new iPhone with iTunes as a new iPhone or not from the backup. If no problem after this, bingo. -

Apple gives an error signal saying that I need to be an adminstrator to make changes to all the users...there is only one adminstrator account and one guest account.

Generate the error message again. While the error message box is open, hold down the Alt key and hit the PrtSc key. Paste the screenshot into an image file (using a program like Paint), and save the file.
Start a reply here and click the wee camera icon at the top of the reply window. Click "Choose file", browse to the image file, select the file and click "Open". Now click "Insert file" to insert the screenshot into the reply. -

If you mean you mean you need to change the iCloud ID, you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iDevice, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. When you do this you may find that the password for your old ID isn't accepted. If this should happen, and if your old ID is an earlier version of your current ID, you need to temporarily recreate your old ID by going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.
