Trying to spend my credit in app store
Hi,
Not sure if this is in the right section so if not please move it to the right section.
I have $10.00 available credit in my itunes account and i am trying to purchase add on for an app i already have, but it keeps saying i have insuffiencent funds when it clearly shows i have $10.00 in my account, why would this be? I dont have any details saved such as credit cards as i dont trust my details to be stored, can anybody help please.
Its lessthen $10.00 its around $6.99

I deleted my iMovie from computer and from my purchases list in AppStroe. When I'm trying to download it again from App Store a pop up window comes up and says: "These apps were already assigned to your Apple ID and are available in your Purchases list". Please help me to reinstall it.
If new versions of iPhoto and the other iLife applications (iMovie and GarageBand) were purchased by the previous owner from the Mac App Store, then they will be locked to the previous owner's Apple ID and cannot be transferred to you. You will have to re-purchase them under your own Apple ID.
If this is an older MBA that came with Snow Leopard or an earlier version of Mac OS X, though, the system would have come with an installation disk that included the iLife applications, a disk which the seller should have provided to you. Those iLife applications would be older versions, of course, and may or may not work in Lion depending on how old they are.

It's happen to me and maaaaaannnny others. You can either Create. New account and delete the old one. If that don't help uninstalling and reinstlling iTunes may help.

Trying to install Mavericks from the App store on my 2011 11" Macbook air, (wihch has more than 15GB free space). After clicking 'Install App', and entering the Apple ID password, I get 'unkonwn error'.
You can't use Safari to download iPad apps. Only use iTunes/App Store.

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.

Started getting this error today (01/14/2014) when trying to download updates from the App Store for my MBAir 11" mid 2013. Error: NSURLErrorDomain error -1100
Are updates still available for OS below Maverick?That error may result from connecting to a cellular network via a phone or mobile broadband device. If that's what you're doing, try another network.

I have Snow leopard, 10.6.8 on my iMac, I just tried to install Lion from the App store, but during proces, the install stops after one minute saying: "software might be damaged". I downloaded the software again, same thing. What must I do to install Lion? I have still 487GB free.
Quit all other programs and open Disk Utility
Select your "MacintoshHD" drive on the left and indented and click Erase > Erase Free Space > Zero and let it complete.
Also run First Aid > Repair Disk and permisisons.
If Repair disk gives a error, you have a bigger problem, if repair permisisons fixes and completes, even if it fixes the same thing twice if you click it again, it's ok. Apple just changed things.
You should be able to download the file sucessfully this time, if not, take it to another location with better/faster internet.

planb77 The OP said he has iOS 3. The Automatic in Settings>General>Time and Date was introduced in iOS 5. The OP just has to see if the time and date, included time zone, are correct.

Make sure the account number is typed in correctly as well as the expiration date and security code which is located on the back of your card.
And read here > iTunes Store: My credit card's security code or zip code does not match my bank's records
Billing policy is the same for the iTunes and well as the Mac App Stores.
