Trying to sync my ipad,it says it can't because there isn't enough storage?I don't understand.
trying to sync my ipad, itunes is telling me it can't because there isn't enough storage. My computer crashed a few months ago and we had to reinstall itunes. Now its says all of my devices are synced to another itunes and won't let us sync unless we delete and resync, but it says there isn't enough storage to do that? I don't understand.....

iCloud backups only give you 5GB free if your backup is larger then 5GB then you need to purchased more storage.

I am trying to copy and paste a 734mb film on to an 8GB usb but it keeps saying "It cannot copy as there isn't enough space". How is this possible? And how do I put the film on the usb?
Look at the USB stick in Disk Utility and check whether it may be partitioned or have other software on it taking up space.

Trying to click and drop photos from iPhoto into an Empty SD card. all I am getting isThe item “IMG_0346.JPG” can’t be copied because there isn’t enough free space. Card is 156 MB Photo is 1.56MB. Help please.
Select the photo(s) in iPhoto and export to a desktop folder (file menu ==> export) - see this user tip for export options - then be sure the card is not locked and in the finder verify available space and if it is adaquate drag that folder to it

My iPad mini won't install the latest update because there isn't enough stprGe. I have deleted everything from my iPad and there still isn't enough storge.
Connect your iPad to your computer and run iTunes. Select your iPad in iTunes and try to run the update there. Updating requires a lot less free space on the iPad when updating through iTunes on a computer because the update files will be downloaded to and extracted on the computer.

I received a message stating Not Enough Storage. This iPad cannot be backed up because there is not enough iCloud storage available. The touch screen will not let me select settings to correct this. I did purchase more storage via my iPhone, but I still cannot get my iPad working.
Try this.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up. -

I've deleted all my music 300 photos and all apps and it still exactly the same!!? About to smash my phone.
If iCloud says there is not enough storage, manage the storage on iCloud. THis does not include any media.

Thanks but I think it has something to do with the 'restore'. in the newest iTunes 11, when I click on the tab "iphone", it redirects me to the "welcome to your new iphone" page and asks about doing a 'restore'. I already did a 'restore', but it went to the original factory settings and I want to 'restore' to my lastest back up as of April 12. When I choose that option, it says my iphone doesn't have enough space. I don't know how much I need to delete in order to make it work. I've deleted lots, but it only has 4.1 GB available. I'm not sure why this isn't enough to do a 'restore'. I don't want to delete all my photos and videos, but maybe I will have to?...7.7GB is used up for that. I can't sync or do ANYTHING...

Ipad mini screen is frozen. Message says Not Enough Storage. Cannot be backed up ect. problem is I can not enter settings to manage storage or even turn the device off. the screen is frozen and will not allow me to do anything. Anyone got any ideas?

After doing the initial restore function, I'm trying to delete phots from the system. The itures instructions says to click the photos button the unselect photos or albums, but see no photos button. How can I delete the photos to gain some storage space?
1, you can't at the moment, though with iOS 5 in the Autumn, from http://www.apple.com/ios/ios5/features.html#photos :

2, by removing it from you synced from and re-syncing. Only photos taken with the iPad, copied to it via the camera connection kit, or saved from emails/websites etc can be deleted directly on the iPad (either via the trashcan icon in the top right corner if viewing the photo in full screen, or via the icon of the box with the arrow coming out of it in thumbnail view)
3, the location of the photos that you synced to the iPad should be listed on the iPad's Photos tab when connected to your computer's iTunes.
4, you can copy the photos from your iPad to your computer : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083 . You should also be able to delete them from the iPad as part of the transfer process to your computer, and it's then your choice whether to add them to your sync photo list so as to copy them back to the iPad. Copying them to your computer would allow you to organise them into folders and therefore be able to sync them back into separate albums.
5, I don't use Dropbox either. There are some third-party browser apps in the iTunes App Store that allow you to download pages so that you can view them when offline e.g. Atomic Web (the whole page is saved within Atomic Web, it doesn't place a photo into the Photos app)
6, deleting content should help. If you remove an app from your iPad then you also remove the content that it's got on the iPad - so if you then decide to reinstall it back onto the iPad then you will need to manually add back any content that you want in it. None of the Apple built-in apps (including Photos) can be removed from the iPad -

Or this - Delete the account in Mail and then set it up again. Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts Tap on the Account, then on the red button that says Remove Account.

How can I use bluetooth to add photos from my i phone onto my ipad.
They are both recognizing each other and discoverable. Please explain what I can do with this bluetooth connection between them.

I can't sync my iPad with my laptop or iMac because it isn't 'authorized'
Apparently none of them are authorised but they are.
I have tried the options on the support page including deauthorizing and authorizing and I have tried different accounts, including administrators.
Any solutions?You need to buy a Mac OS X 10.6 DVD.
