Trying to update ACR to 7.3 but keeps failing

Update keeps failing and telling me that Adobe application manager is faulty and needs to be reinstalled. i have reinstalled it twice but still fails.
teh computer is running Windows 7, procesoor i7, 8GB Ram. I have made sure that Application Manager is running with administrator priveleges

Ok yes you should be able to start with installing the Adobe Application Manager in that case. So you will know right away if you are continuing to face installation difficulties. If you do please also try running the CS Clean Tool. This normally indicates a network issue! Could be timing out due to lack of internet speed, security software could be interupting the connection, or the computer can not process the internet as fast as most! the following link should provide some idea's:

i tried reseting my ipod today and had a similar problem... it wont be recognized by itunes, the only thing i havent tried is putting it into DFU mode, or the state that it is in when u recieve it telling u to connect it to itunes.i recommend putting it into DFU mode. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=34v8HMC9B98 this should better explain it. if i find another way, ill keep u updated

Why, if it told you you have insufficient space on your computer, would it suggest making more space available on your phone?
At a guess, you have insufficient space on your phone. Installing software will typically require more space than the final size of the software, perhaps even twice or three times as much, for the installation process. You can easily dump some videos or music temporarily, and then synch them back in afterwards.

That isn't the problem. When I start the download of Mavericks I have more than enough space on the disk drive. However, once it has downloaded and it is attempting to install this error occurs:
Any ideas where I could re-download FindReaperFiles? From what I can see it's an Apple file but I can't find a download on their site at all.

Assuming you are using the current version of iTunes (11,2,2), open iTunes, click "Preferences" under the leftmost entry on iTunes' menu, then choose "Devices".
Find the iPhone's backup there, highlight it, and choose "Delete Backup".
