Trying to update software on nano
I have a 6th generation nano. When I try to update the software or restore the ipod I get the error message, ipod can not be updated because files are in use by another application. I deleted all of my photos and music and tried to restore but received the same message. The only info left on the ipod I believe it my nike data. Not sure what to do.

Try a reset: hold down the home button along with the power button until you see the Apple, then let go. Try the update again.

Make sure your Mac has 5GB of available disk space to install 10.6.
Control click the MacintoshHD icon on your desktop then click Get Info.
You'll see: Capacity & Available
Make sure there's at least 15% free disk space.

There is no update for FaceTime as it is included with iOS 7.0.4.
What specifically is your problem with FaceTime? Do you have a wifi/internet connection?

My IPAD has not been used in almost two.... I have tried to update software but when go to Settings, General I can not find Software Updates where it should be between About and Sounds, what can I do? Nothing has been updated, tried through ITunes on PC and said I needed to update to ITunes 10.1 and can't do this either, please help me. Can't find ICloud either!

Am trying to update software through "Software Update" on my iMac (latest Lion operating system).

First what version of Lion are you running and have you downloaded any Combo updates since you installed it.
Second; I see you only have 10.6.2 in your profile. You might like to update it.
I don't have Lion myself but I'm guessing you don't have the very latest version. You can check what should be available through the opening Apple support page > downloads. -
Can not change AppleID when trying to update software

I've bought a Imac and trying to update iPhoto og iMovie, but the software update will not let me use my own AppleID to install the updates. Instead there is shown the AppleID from the shop where I bought the computer. Anyone know the solution to change the AppleIDs?

The updates indicate I wouldn't need nearly that amount of memory why the discrepancy?
Post a screen shot of the updates your are trying to install. I don't know what would be causing the discrepancy. -

If it wasn't Apple who replaced the battery, then you've voided your warranty. Bring it back to whomever replaced the battery and tell them they probably broke your phone.

Connect to iTunes and restore the device.
It may be necessary to place the device in DFU mode (google it). -

- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode
