Trying to update to 10.2.2,continues to error out.

I am trying to update to iTunes 10.2.2, updates were for 1)Quicktime, 2)iTunes+Quicktime, 3)Safari 5 and 4)Mobile Me Control Panel. When I tried to update, it stopped at the end of the Quicktime update and said error occurred while installing the updates.
I then tried to download manually (download only) and got the message "Quicktime has an invalid signature, the download has been removed". I got this same message when it attempted iTunes+Quicktime; it did complete the download for Safari 5 and Mobile Me Control Panel.
I tried repairing Apple Software Update and Quicktime in my control panel but it did not help, I am still getting the same messages.
Any guidance or help would be apreciated!

-delete all those downloads.
-uninstall all instances of iTunes and QuickTime
-reboot your PC
-download the iTunes package from http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/ it'll contain QuickTime
-wait patiently for it to download and check for errors
-install the download

Please try the below steps and check.
Turn off any antivirus or software security program.
Download the update patch 11.0.10 manually from the below link and run it.

Trying to update iphone 3G network problem continues

Over the last few nights I have tried to update to 2.0.2 for my 3G but constantly getting network time-out saying (Stopped err= -3259), I have reset and checked everything but still baffled, if anyone can help it will be much appreciated, I downloaded the firmware fro server OK, but when used shift restore firmware failed and error killing my Iphone luckily still had 2.0.1 to get it back to life.

Most of the advice I've already read didn't work and at a certain point it said something about shutting down programs then restart. but i notice that there are some pretty important system things in that list and i don't want to mess up my pc :s i'm not a pc genius... and because i'm dutch and my pc-language is in dutch I often have trouble translating and well... i don't always understand the technical stuff in all the articles -_-
