Trying to watch my nephews hockey game which is streamed through FastHockey. Want to watch it on our flat screen and thought AppleTV would be the answer. I cannot get AppleTV to mirror what is on my PC screen. Can anyone help me?
Trying to get my live stream from my PC to mirror on the flat screen via AppleTV. Cannot stream it through my iPad because original streamer states there is a conflict between Apple and Adobe....so I'm trying to stream it through my PC. I cannot get the flat screen to mirror my computer screen. Can anyone help?
AirPlay is supported on windows too, mirroring of a computer display is not supported by AirPlay it isn't a mac v PC thing.

- Wait for the 'Slide to Unlock' screen pops up

I upgraded my iPhone 4 last evening to iOS 6, the upgrade completed and the device was usable. Then in the morning I went to the device to check E-mail, Voice Messages, Test Messages, etc... and the phone was dead. I tried plugging the device into a charger (for a couple of hours) - still dead. Plugged into computer with iTunes, device not recognized or discovered, and iPhone was still dead... Took the iPhone into an Apple Store and the Technician looked it over for any visible signs of defect/malfunction, then performed various tasks to breathe life into the phone - nothing... His suggestion, at this point, was to replace the phone. He speculated that the iOS upgrade possibly corrupted the iPhone's charging firmware, and that this device was now a BRICK. Keep in mind that the phone and it's charging abilities were perfectly fine prior to the iOS Upgrade. I hate to go through the replacement hassle and the cost ($159.00) when the iOS upgrade caused the problem. Any suggestions? Thanks!

First, try a reset: hold down the home button along with the power button until you see the Apple, then let go.

If you can help me facetime me at [email protected] or msg me.It would help to know whether it ever did work, or is this a new iPad for you? If new, you need to connect it to a Mac/PC that's running iTunes in order to register and initialize it. If it used to work, try doing a reset.

I think you have to sign into your Amazon Kindle Account, find the book in your archive and delete it there. Otherwise you can delete it from the device and leave it in the archive, should you want to look at it again.

Lets start over...
Please restart the network.. shut down everything..
Restart in order.. modem.. router.. if different to TC.. or TC.. client devices.. wait 2min between each startup.
If the TC does not show up on the computer, in finder.. then we need more info.. what OS are you running?
Does the TC show up in Airport utility? Are you running wireless or ethernet?
If you still have issues.. plug the TC directly into the computer by ethernet.
Do a full factory reset of the TC.. and see if it now shows up.
Please tell us exactly what model TC it is and how old.. the A1xxx model number from the base will help if you don't know.
You take a screen shot of the TC opened in finder.

My TC is named Tardis4.. click on it.. and then open the data folder.. on this one called Tardisdata.
Then take a screen shot of it so we can see what the problem is.. screenshot.. with area selection.. control + shift + 4 .. the picture goes into the desktop.. and then you click the picture icon in the posting web page controls and select the picture. -
Backed Up Iphone to itunes and when restoring its looking for a password to restore! None requested or set at original backup. Can anyone help?
I have not restored device so have all my data on it still. Am not pluggin it in for first time, did this originally when setting up phone. I have an option to restore to original backup as well as 'set up as new'. What happens if I chose the 'restore from backup' option.' how do I go about backing it up first - if i right click 'iphone'' option on left hand side under devices the only option is'eject' or 'restore'. I'm not sure that my iphone is being recognised by itunes - should it not give the name of my iphone under devices?

I inherited a 2003 ipod from my daughter. The controls will not work when it is plugged into a power source. Can anyone help?
But they work normally when not plugged in? What kind of power source are you plugging it into? It maybe outputting more than what the iPod can handle. I had this happen to an iPod I plugged into a powerstrip that was plugged into the cigarette lighter in a vehicle an experienced the same thing.

You used to be able to shuffle a playlist and see the order in which the songs would sync into your iPod. I haven't been able to figure that out. Can anyone help me?
With your playlist in "List view", click on the header over the column of numbers all the way to the left. This will then reveal the true playback (and sync) order.
However, the sort order in iTunes may not agree with the sort order on your device, but that is a separate issue and seems to have too many variables to go into here. -

Try to Restore with iTunes on your computer. If this does not work, there is full Warranty. Make Genius reservation or set up service and take or send to Apple for resolution.
