TS1292 $10 Gift cards don't work.
Ihave 3 new itunes gift cards that will not work, when i enter the code it says they were not properly verified. Any one else getting these messages?
What you normally should do when you have an iTunes card that has not been activated is go back the retailer from whom you purchased the card and discuss the problem with them. They should either correctly activate the card or give you a new one. If they refuse to help, as some retailers do, or you don't know or can't get to the retailer, go here:
iTunes Support
and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store. They will ask for a scan of the front and back sides of the card as well as a scan of the receipt

I have entered the codes correctly so many times... but iTunes says that the code doesn't exist... Clearly it does lol. What should I do?
I'm also having the same problem. iTunes said my code is "invalid" which I assume means when it was purchased the cashier didn't activiate it correctly. I contacted iTunes support and they got back to me within 24 hours and asked that I send pictures of the card (front and back). They said they would contact me again within 24-48 hours. I did this, but it's been 3 days and I haven't heard anything. I filed another report under the "express support" (you can google it). Hopefully someone will be in touch. It's very frustrating. iTunes shouldn't say they will be in touch within 48 hours if they clearly won't be. It's rare to find good customer service anymore.

I bought a $15 iTunes gift card and after I scanned it with my phone I only had a $6.44 balance. I downloaded a second $15 iTunes gift card and that worked out fine. What can I do to get the rest of my credit from my gift card???

Go to your Purchase History:

and review your purchases to make sure that you should indeed have the balance left you think you should. iTunes doesn't always refresh the balance it shows, so it's possible you spent the money and it just wasn't being reflected in the display. This display error can usually be corrected by logging out of the iTunes Store and then back in. It's also possible that you owed money which would have been paid from that first iTunes card.
If you confirm that you should have a higher balance left but the iTunes Store isn't showing it correctly, go here:

and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store.

Purchased gift cards about a year ago. Misplaced two of them, but Found them yesterday. i tried to use one today. Invalid. If the money is tagged to the card code why is it invalid? Now have to take photos of both sides and find receipt? Finding the receipt might take as long as .finding the cards. If I paid hard earned money for the card from a computer company why would that card not be in their data base waiting to be activated? I guess I am out $20 to Apple for not activating immediately! My account was hacked once so I won't put a credit card in and live with gift cards. Now I am getting hit for $20, two gift cards for ten each. I now question who and how people are making money?? Is my only solution, buy card, redeem code instantly, purchase item?

If you have a credit card on your account then its details have to complete - and asking for their details is also a way of checking that you have a valid billing address in that country. As long as you are buying content for yourself and not trying to gift content (you can't use your balance for gifting) then the purchase price (plus any applicable taxes) should be deducted from your balance. Why has my iTunes gift card suddenly stopped working?
I received a £25 iTunes gift card for my birthday in November and I reddemed it on my iPod touch. I had purchased a film for £6 shortly after Christmas using it and then I decided to wait for the new Disney film Frozen to come out so that I could use the remaining money on it to buy it. However, when it came out at the end of March, I tried buying it but then I saw that the gift card had been taken off my account. Usually it showed that I still had it in the iTunes store at the 'Redeem' section but it didn't have any signs of ever being there. I tried re-redeeming it but it just said that that gift card had already been redeemed.
The only purchase since I reddemed at first was that film I mentioned earlier. I understand that gift cards only expire 2 years after they have been activated so I have no idea what has happened. It's a great pity to lose all the money that was still on it and I really wanted to get that film!

An Apple store card is not god in the itunes store. It is good only for purchases from the Apple store. -

I have a h9-1150t on Win7, came with a 550 graphics card.
I want to run 3 monitors at 2550x1440.
Tried several cards; a 640 worked instantly but the 3rd monitor was low rez on a HDMI cable.
Got a Radeon R9 270 and a MSI 660 card on the bench; neither works, black screen w/o cursor.
The extra 4-pin cable was attached.
I have a 600-watt psu.

Are you running the latest posted BIOS for your PC? It's version 7.15.
The AMD R9 270 may not be compatible with your PC depending on the make and model. Some models would require a HP version 8 BIOS.
THE MSI NVIDIA 660 might be faulty or it has been flashed with a video BIOS that would require a HP version 8 BIOS.

I tried to use the iTunes Gift card and I get a response:
"The code entered is not valid"
Needless to say I have already spent enough time first figuring out how to "Redeem" a card - primarily due to the sparse directions Apple provides - and lastly - I have now tried various codes from the gift card - with not much success.Note: iTunes Gift Cards are only Valid in Country of Issue.

iTunes gift cards are country-specific, so a UK card can only be used in the UK on a UK iTunes account. Assuming that your children are in Spain with you, do you know anybody in the UK that you could give or sell it to ?
