TS1292 Hi I was gifted with two iTunes cards for christmas but I can't use them. They can only be used in the American store and I am Canadian with a Canadian account. What an I do?

Correct. Gift cards can only be purchased and redeemed in the country of origin. Given that it's the holidays you might consider gifting them to a needy child in your church.

I took a picture of the card code to redem the card I accomplished that but when I try to download an app that cost money it asks me two security questions that I forgot the awnsers to. Than I click the forgot security questions than it sends it to my email but that's the problem I do not get any email.
You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of doing so include clicking here and picking a method for your country, and filling out and submitting this form.

3. Tap on your Apple ID
4.Tap "View Apple ID"
5. Enter your user name and password.
6. Tap "Country/Region."
7. Tap "Change Country/Region"
8. Select the region where you are located.

My children got Itunes cards for christmas. There devices are all on my imac. Do they each need a separate account or is there a way to keep them all separate under one account.

i am trying to down load an app from the app store and it comes up with new terms and conditions agreement but it wont let me agree to it so i can move on

I would recommend closing all applications in multitasking and power cycling the device. Once you have done this attempt to download the application and accept the terms again.
If an app is unresponsive but the system seems to respond to button presses, you can force the app to close:
Double-click the Home button.
Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.
Swipe the app up to close it.
iOS: Force an app to close
If you are still experiencing issues, you can always download the application through iTunes on the computer. This will allow you to accept the terms through the computer.

I wrongly changed the settings on the apps page to the American store. Now I cannot download any updates because I am locked out and need to revert back to the Canadian store, how do I do that
Try going to the bottom of the Featured tab in the App Store app on your iPad and tap on your account id, tap on 'View Apple ID' on the popup and log into your account, and then select the Country/Region section and select Canada.

Please help me with this problem I have bought $50.00 worth of itune cards and neither will work. One was purchased ar Walgreens and the other at Krogers in Decatur IL. Will you credit my account for $50.00? That is what I have sent in the last two days.

Why would my iTunes account say I'm connected to the Canadian store and it won't allow me to update my apps?
You can try signing out and back in to your AppleID in Settings > iTunes and App Stores or follow this procedure:
1. Go to Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Apple ID.
2. Tap your Apple ID.
3. Tap View Apple ID.
4. Enter your password.
5. Go to Country/Region in the popup window to change to the desired store.

If you tap on your account id in Settings > iTunes & App Stores you should be able to view your account info (after you've typed in your password) and you should get a payment details option. Or you can do it via the Store > View My Apple ID drop-down menu option on your computer's iTunes

i tryed charging it on like 3 diffrent chargers so its not the charger and well i tryed reseting the ipod and it works for alittle while then it starts doing it again i just got my ipod in decemberr and well i dnt think it has insurancee what do i do ?do i buy a new one or can they fix it?
Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

And you have checked, that you have correctly typed in?

It keeps saying 'Unable to join' with my home internet and my work internet, i have forgotten both networks several times, but with my home one it keeps disconnecting with my work internet connection it connects but sometimes asks me to join then comes up ' Unable to join '
The App Store and iTunes takes ages to load, sometimes it is quicker without internet!!
