Are you able to take it back to the store that you bought it from and ask them to activate it properly ? CherylYou need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.

I Just bought an iTunes card from the store and I went to go buy a game and it's saying my purchase can not be made please go to iTunes support. But this keeps happening and I can only download free apps no apps that cost money and I did looked it up on google and they say to make sure there is no restrictions And I did and it's still doing it. Please help

I had created account. I enter my information. I also enter my itune card. After I enter my itune card. It said you can shop now. So, I had went to purchase music. And a box pop up telling me I need to enter my apple Id. I did that and it now say Im enter the wrong password. Which is not. So, how do i fix this problem. Beacuse my itune card is register in there and Im not able to buy music

I was going to say delete the shortcuts from the desktop, task bar and start menu and then repair iTunes from the Programs and Features control panel. However given that error I think a full tear down and rebuild may be in order.

The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down the page in case one of them applies.
Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there is backup and recovery advice elsewhere in the user tip.
If the advice above doesn't resolve things you could try this alternate version:
iTunes 12.1.0.71 for Windows (64-bit - for older video cards) - itunes64setup.exe (2015-01-28)
which is a 64-bit installer for the 32-bit version of the core application, similar to previous 64-bit releases.
Or roll back to the previous build:
iTunes 12.0.1.26 for Windows (32-bit) - iTunesSetup.exe (2014-10-16)
iTunes 12.0.1.26 for Windows (64-bit) - iTunes64Setup.exe (2014-10-16)

I have no clue what you're talking about. Perhaps you can rephrase with correct spelling and real sentences that include initial caps and periods and other grammatical niceties.
