Could you please try converting any other PDF file to Excel and check.
You might sign out, clear the browser cache and then again reload at https://cloud.acrobat.com/.
If the problem still persists, then you might try using a different browser.

You can see the installed Firefox extensions in "Tools > Add-ons > Extensions".
Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

I bought an iPhone while overseas, but I'm back living in the states now. It seems that FaceTime and iMessage is not enabled on it. How do I get it to work now that I'm back in the states?
I did buy it from someone in Jordan. So they might have got it from KSA, or UAE, or it even might be the same rules in Jordan. I don't think the imessage works even, every time someone sends me a message from their ipad it says "Not delivered". Maybe I am wrong?

In some cases, the Creative Cloud app for desktop does not display all the applications available in Creative Cloud. The apps you can't install on your computer are removed from the download selection screen.

I'll add that this can happen when snapshotting is used as a backup method. You can set max endpoints to 32 and still see the issue. Please ensure that you're backing up using the supported PowerShell commands: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh202170.aspx
and not just a snapshot of the VM. If raising max endpoints does not resolve the issue, try backing up with the management shell commands within a recurring scheduled task or try http://gallery.technet.microsoft.com/office/Backup-script-for-Lync-2013-aacbb9b9
. Then disable the snapshot ting for your front ends, bounce them one at a time, and ensure the data exports you've made are backed up as flat files.

This works for some users. Not sure why.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.

Bought an 8GB iPod Touch today from a Retail Store, it didn't come with the new apps, shouldn't I get them since I bought it today? I registered it today but Itunes says I need to purchase the new apps.
Thanks in advanceYou could email Apple and see if you can get the apps. I think in Steve's keynote address he said they were shipping today with the apps, but he didn't say much about the units that are in stores already. Good luck trying to get the apps for free, but don't hold your breath. You could always try and return the unit from the place of purchase when they receive the ones with the new applications, or just pay the $20 if you really want them.

my drives got deleted from my home pc saw i had to re place all the drives & i bought loads of tunes & albums from itunes & now nor longer have them. could someboby plz recommend a way for me to be able to retrieve them as they cost me a lot of money & dont really see why i shouldn't be able to download these again.
Do you not have a backup of the computer that you can retrieve the files from?
If not, you can redownload purchases by clicking "Purchased" under Quick Links at the top right of the iTunes store.
