TS1292 I enter my redemption code and it says there is a itunes store error..

I am trying to redeem itunes giftcards and when I enter the codes it keeps telling me there is like a -3000 store error and to try again. Well I have tried several times and nothing is working. Has this happened to anyone else? How can I fix this?

I will be happy to help you out but I will need to clarify a couple of things. Are you working with the HP Deskjet D4360? When you say reload, do you mean installing it? If so, what version of operating system are you running? What is the major error that you are getting?

I received this email from Apple and this corrected the problem for me... I only had to reset the iTunes cache
1) Open iTunes
2) At the top menu, click File > Preferences (iTunes > Preferences on a Mac)
3) In the Preferences menu, click the Advanced tab
4) In the Advanced menu, you should see a button that says "Reset Cache". Please click this button.

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
This works for some users. Not sure why.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.

You simply need to verify your info. Check None under the CC info.

Trying to install acrobat. Entered in the Redemption Code and it says the purchase has not been activated. Best buy says it has and even included serial number on the receipt to use for activation. Still doesnt work

Because Adobe also gives me a redemption code inside the package to receive a serial online I tried this and it also says inactive redemption code. I called Best Buy and they say it has been activated on their end and the issue must be taken up with ADOBE.

I try to log into my itunes account on my laptop and it says cannot connect to itunes store, however it does on my iphone just fine

i have made a seperate itunes account and it logs in as well. so i am not sure what is going on. i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling itunes, i have turned off my computer and back on. i have ran it as a administrator. i am running windows 8 on a toshiba satellite.

What troubleshooting techniques have you tried? Have you restarted the app? Have you restarted your computer?
One idea is to Trash this file; Mac HD/Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/NetworkInterfaces.plist and restart.

If you registered the product with Adobe (Version 12 and 13 required mandatory registration) then the correct serial number must be recorded in your Adobe account. You can login and check there and also copy and paste the number to avoid any mistakes in reading the numbers.
