Yes and yes but it is not possible to select CS3 because you can only select CS3 extended and then it is not accepted. Must be something wrong since I have used CS5 for a long time without problem before on two computers.
Do I have to install CS3 first and then CS5 or can you give me another code that is accepted for CS3 extended?

You can try contacting iTunes Support and ask them if they can remove the balance from your account so that you can change countries : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

No judgment here on the music you listen to, I have that song too in my library. If iTunes is telling you that the song is missing and you purchased it from the iTunes Store, then just delete it from your iTunes library and then download your song again. Unfortunately there's no way to get back the contacts you deleted unless he backed them up somewhere else. He'll just have to recreate them. This happened because you are both syncing contacts with a shared iCloud account. When you do this, the synced data is merged and any actions you take on one phone (such as deleting contacts) is also reflected on the other. To fix this you both need to have separate iCloud accounts (you can continue to share the same Apple ID for purchasing from the iTunes and app stores). To do this, on your phone go to Settings>iCloud and turn all data that is syncing with iCloud (contacts, calendars, etc.) to Off. When prompted choose to keep the data on the iPhone. After everything is turned off, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. (This will only delete the account from this phone, not from iCloud. The other phone will not be effected by this.) Next, set up a new iCloud account on your phone using a different Apple ID and turn iCloud data syncing for contacts, etc. back to On. When prompted, choose Merge. This will upload your data to your new account. At this point you will have two different iCloud accounts, one for each phone, with identical data on them.
You will then have to go to icloud.com on your computer and sign into each iCloud account separately and manually delete the unwanted data (such as deleting the your husband's contacts from your account, and vice versa). These changes will be reflected on each phone. When finished you will have individual iCloud accounts with just your own data on them.

I just upgraded to an Iphone 4, from old phone. My daughter's Ipod 4 had been sunk to my ITunes account that I used to have on old Ipod. Now that I upgraded phone, it required me to use a different accound address from the old one that was taken over by my daughter's Ipod. Now, she can no longer access Itunes store on her iPOD. I tried to have her open a new account with her own email address attached to it. She couldn't use the ITunes card we bought, on it.........and fears losing all her tunes?
Anyone ever separate two accounts in same house?

Restore the device from the backup created.
If no backup exists, there is nothing to recover.

It should ne in itunes on your computer and included in your regular backup of your computer.

Updated to 10.4.1 on Itunes and now can no longer access the actual Itunes store ...

Now i have a bit more space, i can explain what is really properly wrong. The other day i updated my itunes to the 10.4.1 version and now can no longer access the Itunes store - whenever i try to do so i get the bar at the top gets to about half way then stops and nothing happens - on rare occasions however i am taken into a place that resembles the Itunes store but there is no detail and whenever i click on anything, NOTHING happens.
Now on a SUPER RARE occasion i'll get a notice that the request was timed out?
If ANYBODY can help me i'll be very grateful

The "netsh winsock reset" command worked like a charm for my machine (running Windows XP SP3). I have had two weeks of frustration with this issue and finally found your post which got me back online with the iTunes store. My problem accessing the iTunes store began once I downloaded and installed iTunes 10.5 in preparation to upgrade to OS5. Once 10.5 was installed, I could open iTunes and access everything except the store (which prevented any of my devices from being able to sync). I followed all of the suggestions that I could find in Apple Support and the suggestions that I was emailed from Apple's support techs. I unistalled all Apple software and reinstalled iTunes multiple times, and still could not access the store.
Your suggestion is the only "cure" that I have found.
I thank you, my iPod thanks you, and my iPhone 4 thanks you for taking the time to post this fix.
