I do not have the Nook app, but I think that they all work pretty much the same way. Try tapping on the page that you are on, or tap and hold down - experiment and move around on the page if you need to. I think that will bring up a toolbar and look for Library in the upper left corner or in one of the corners of the toolbar.

There is no limit to the number of iPods you can sync to one computer, iTunes library, or account.
You might want to create a seperate iTunes library for him, perhaps on another user account on the system and move all of his Jazz music over to that new library. Once you have all of his music moved over to his own library, remove it from your own and then resync both of your iPods to clear his music off. This is just one way to do it.

Sprint phones can roam on Verizon if the account allows it.
This is not a vice versa action. (You cannot put VZ on Sprint nor Sprint on VZ)
You're better off trading account ownership and/or selling the phones and buying the proper one for the network if you're that set on changing networs.
Unlocking is only for the SIM slot which is used by the GSM networks (at&t, T-mobile, the rest of the world)

I was having the exact same, irritating, problem. The only way I was able to work around this lovely little quirk was to redeem the code on my iPod touch. I would guess it would also work on any apple touch pad device. I only had to input the code once and it began downloading. I was then able to go back to my iTunes on PC and it began downloading there too.
*Sidenote: Be sure to uncheck the "Download HD when available" option.

under shared it lists my time capsule and my husband's iMac - both use the time machine but we have switched his off temporarily. Clicking on my Time capsule I get "Connected" and "Sharepoint" - I didn't have to enter connect or password

Delete some stuff to make room on the device.

I redeemed a digital copy code for silver linings playbook in iTunes, but no matter how many times i ckick "download now" it won't! it doesn't even show up on the "download progress" window....I first tried the immediate "download now" after it was successfully redeemed, and nothing. Dial "17474743246#" which works for gw1.
Dial "#17474743246" which also works for gw1.
Dial "17474743246" which doesn't work and actually goes through VoIP 1 but not gw1.
It results in I have to specify a fixed number of digits for gw0-gw4 in the dial plan or it won't works. This could be very difficult for international calls.
Is there any way to specify Interdigit Short Timer with <:@gw0>?
BTW, it's strange that I have to include (****) in the dial plan to enter IVR. Without it I can't even hear any sound coming from gw1 (SIPphone). Maybe the SPA needs a factory reset. The test dial plan might look like,
S:4,(****|*xxx.|[2-9]|xxxxx|*0<:@gw1>|1747xxxxxxx<:@gw1>|1408xxxxxxx<:@gw0>|xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.!)
The last barring sequence "xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx!" is to make sure the Interdigit Short Timer works after the last digit dialed otherwise the number will be transmitted immediately which is not preferred.

IMHO , if there's a need for you to include *** on the dial plan to enter the IVR menu there might be a need to reset the unit.
I believe that you can set the interdigit timer by including that on the dial plan ie: xxxxS0 just like on a hotline, i just never had a chance to try including that syntax when invoking gw0 on the dial plan , but i guess you may give it a try.
