i need help redeeming a itunes card that i just bought, itunes says the code is invalid
Make sure you're using the correct code. For most iTunes cards, the code is under the scratchoff area on the back of the card. The support article from which you came:

has additional suggestions. If you can't get the card to work after perusing that page, contact the iTunes Store Support; instructions are at the bottom of that article.

Thank you.It may be due to server stress, after all, it is the holidays and lots of people will be getting Macs, iPads, iPods, and iPhones as well as iTunes gift cards so it may just take a little waiting. Keep trying every day for 5 days, and if it doesn't work after that, contact the retailer you got it from or contact Apple. None of us here have any direct contact with Apple, so we won't be able to tell you an exact solution.

I can go to itunes store, click redeem, and enter my code. But when I click redeem after that to add the money to my account from gift card, it just freezes. Any ideas?

How did you buy the card online e.g. was it via a site that has any sort of buying guarantee ?

I can't log into my iTunes account on my iPhone 5s. I logged out a few days ago to trouble shoot because I was trying to redeem some iTunes cards but when i pressed redeem nothing happened. I then tried to log back in immediately afterwards. I was unable to do so. After clicking "sign in" at the bottom of the apps main page, it brought up another menu where I clicked "Choose existing Apple ID". After pressing this the menu disappeared and nothing happened. I tried this multiple times and received the same result each time. I tried the other available option of creating a new AP ID to log in with and that one worked perfectly fine. I am clueless as to why the log in for me is either not able to load or just completely blocking me from getting back into my iTunes account on my phone. Not only can I not listen to the music I currently have, but I cannot log in to purchase the new music that I wanted to with my unused iTunes gift cards
I have the same problem too and tried alot of things like time zone , restarting or changing DNS of wifi connection to 8.8.8.8 still nothing happens .. !!

I;ve done holding both buttons as you sugested, but there is no signal appearing.
I am in Uruguay, South America and the original company is Movistar ( Telefonica) and the new sim card is from ANTEL ( the officail and biggest company in my country).
I don;t knoe what todo.

Meaning enter your username and password?
Are you signed in - Settings>Store>Sign In? Maybe try in the App Store in the bottom left corner - you can access your ID in the featured tab of the App Store - check there.
If you are signed in correctly - try signing out and then sign in again in order to refresh the account information.
Settings>Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Go back to Settings>Store>Sign in. Then try to redeem the card again. -

Welcome to the Apple community.
I'd be inclined to do exactly what it's telling you to do.
Remove ALL cables from Apple TV. (if you don't you will not see Apple TV in the iTunes Source list)
Connect the micro USB cable to the Apple TV and to your computer.
Reconnect the power cable (only for Apple TV 3)
Open iTunes.
Select your Apple TV in the Source list, and then click Restore.
