Have you tried signing out and signing back in? Also, try redeeming the card again to see if you succesfully redeemed it the first time.

i the top right corner of the iTunes store click on your account, log in and go to billing info. Hope this helps

What you normally should do is go back the retailer from whom you purchased the card and discuss the problem with them. They should either correctly activate the card or give you a new one. If they refuse to help, as some retailers do, go here:

and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store. They will ask for a scan of the front and back sides of the card as well as a copy of the receipt

If you need to buy apps a credit card or other form of payment is required. As far as I know debit cards are no longer accepted.

My 1 year CC account couldn't charge my credit card. As soon as I figured that out I changed my credit card in the account so it can be billed and now I don't have any product.

The credit card billing failed and as soon as I figured it out I changed my credit card info with a new one si I can be charged again. Now after like a month my CC subscription disappeared. Could any of you point me to the right direction to solve this issue?

I was trying to free up some memory from my startup disk and I may have accidently deleted the Itunes application. I still have a library if I go through finder. I can download Itunes but I'm not able to install it. All this and I still don't have enough space on my startup disk, but that's another whole question!

No, this should be the number one thing you are concerned about.
Until you get this sorted, there is a good chance you may simply lose everything.
Do you hav ean external drive?
If so copy the entire /Music/iTunes/ folder to the external drive.
Then you can delete /Music/iTunes/ empty the trash and recover this space.
Do this then Apple menu > Software update.
Restart the computer
Then post back.

I can't get version 11.1.4 to install because it fails to get the Mobile device program. I don't have any mobile devices. How can I overide this so I just get iTunes on my PC?

I cannot get iTunes 11.1.4 to install. I have tried uninstalling iTunes and downloading itues again witha manual install. It always fails because it cant get the mobile device part to work. I am the administrator and I don't have ANY mobile devices. I just want to update the program on my PC - and now I don't have any iTunes at all.
