Refusal of a card is based on information provided matching what is on file from your credit card provider. If it is refused, it generally means something is not matching. That can inclue the name, the address or other information. It has to be exact to match. I haven't changed any settings regarding region codes

You may have run discs from different regions,these would be commercial DVDs. If so most DVD players need to be told what region the disc is from. Have you done this by chance, if you are not sure look at the region numbers listed on the commerical DVDs you have and see if some use different numbers.

Perform a Permissions Repair using Disc Utility...
Verify or Repair Disk Permissions
Then Restart your Mac.
Next...
Go here > http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1581 and Download and Install the Combo Update.
After a Successful Install be sure to Restart your computer.

What you normally should do is go back the retailer from whom you purchased the card and discuss the problem with them. They should either correctly activate the card or give you a new one. If they refuse to help, as some retailers do, go here:

and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store. They will ask for a scan of the front and back sides of the card as well as a copy of the receipt

HT1539 Digital copy code on the DVD Knight and Day saying 'not valid', please help.

I bought the DVD Knight and Day and i have tried to download the digital copy of the film, however when i go to add my serial number for itunes which was on the slip in the dvd box, it says ' this code is not valid', i have entered the code many times and correctly, please help.

From what I can tell, the digital copy offer for Alvin & the Chipmunks expired back in March; at least it did for the Blu-Ray version in the US. This is a scam being run by the movie studios; they advertise digital copies on the Blu-Ray and DVD disks they sell, but don't tell you up front that they're redeemable only for a limited time after the movie is first released. You may need to contact customer support for 20th Century Fox and get them to help:

I created a report using a view, and in RPD for a measure column I put the aggregation AVG.
In front end when I pull the column , if the column is placed in measure or column the report is displaying in 30 sec. But I want the report in rows section, when I place the column in row , the report is running for longer time and not displaying the data, Please help, any help is highly appreciated.

Kindly chk the physical query and execute it in DB and chk its taking the same time
If not chk the join conditions any circular joins present

TS1702 Numerous new apps (including download of updates on existing apps) is frozen (for several days). I have tried to delete the downloads........however to no avail.........several of the downloads are for previously purchased apps.......please help!!

Numerous new apps and downloads for existing apps have been frozen (after trying to install) for several days now......I have tried to delete or reinstall.....however....to no avail.......please help.....before I try the final solution......5 pounds of C-4.......DAMMIT JANET!!!!!!

So I reinstalled OS X Mavericks and that fixed the problem.
