you purchased your product from Amazon, in this case you didn't get a serial number, only a code with which you can request a serial number from Adobe. Please have a look at http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/find-serial-number.html. (Start here: How did you purchase your product?)
The following part, so I just see at least, ceased to exist on my Adobe website, everything takes place in the link from above. I leave it as an info yet, it might still fit for you. For this purpose, please click your way through to your Adobe Store and find the button "Get Serial Number". Fill in the form and after a while you will get the real serial number.

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you should see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

So I bought a Used copy of final cut pro 7, but i cant use it because I need a serial number and the serial number that came with it doesn't work. What do I do?

I bought my copy from ebay and when i got it I installed it, but every time i click on final cut pro 7 it asks for a serial number and when i put the on that came with it, it tells me it an invalid serail number. It is kinda making me want ti throw my mac out the window and just stick with windows.

First, find out if you bought an "Upgrade" version, or a "Full" version.
If you have an "Upgrade" version, it will require two serial numbers to work - first, the serial number of the last "Full" version you are upgrading from, then the serial number of the "Upgrade" software you are installing.

I had to archive and re-install OSX due to a software conflict that was not allowing the firewire to be recognized or the Final Cut Express HD and iMovie to import video.
My problem now is I open FCX and its asking for licensing info.
I have put every number I see on the box in the space and it is telling me it is invalid. There is no number on the actual disk sleeve and so I'm not sure what number it's looking for! I must have put it in before because I was able to open and work with it prior to the re-install.
How many digits or letters is it? Help help!

This won't help now, but may help in the future. I always keep serial numbers in a database whenever I install new software or upgrades. I keep the database backed up to an off-site server so in the event of the need to reinstall, a hard drive failure, computer replacement due to fire, flood, theft or other calamity, or for any other reason, I always have them available and just copy & paste. Install discs for expensive software are stored in a bank safe deposit box.

Computer crash. Trying to install updates and get this error ""This serial number is not for a qualifying product. Please try another" when you enter a serial number in the Serial Number Upgrade screen."

My computer crashed. Ugh. I downloaded Photoshop CS3 (my first full version) and when I tried to upgrade ( I have upgrades to CS6) I get an error message. I remember having to call Adobe for help when I purchased CS4 but can't find a number to call them. I keep getting directed to help screens which are no help.
Any solutions? Is there a "generic" serial number I can enter to get my upgrades installed?

Doglovr1 you will want to locate the qualifying full version serial number which qualifies you to upgrade to CS6. I did review your account and the only full version serial number was for an education version of Photoshop Lightroom.
I would recommend contacting our support team directly at Contact Customer Care to see if the qualifying full version serial number can be found. Also I would recommend referencing case 0181578817 which is your previous case from 2010.

Transaction IQ09 u2013 production ORDER number for the serial number not showed

In the ALV generated by IQ09, we couldn´t see any production order number with its respectives serial numbers listed.
We try to check in NOTES SAP, through "SER*" tables and programs RIQEUI21 and RIOBJK00, but without success.
In the IQ02 and IQ03 transactions, we can find the orders numbers, but our users would like to see at the ALV list.
Anybody knows any transaction that shows serial numbers and production orders in a unique LIST.

In table SER05, the list of serial number details can be obtained. key the order no in SER05 table, get field OBJKNR, then pass this OBJKNR in table OBJK .

The advisor should not have told you this for legal reasons. There is no way of tracking the iPhones just of finding out which SIM cards were used to activate them and if they were activated at all. Court can authorize Apple to release this information to the count. There is no legal way without involving a judge.

The carrier, if you know which one the thief used, might know if it connected to their service by checking the IMEI number, not the serial number. If the thief uses a different carrier, that won't help either.
