If you are unable to get the iPod into Disk Mode to try and restore it, it's a very good indication, as mentioned in the article, that the iPod's hard drive is damaged and in need of replacement either by Apple or a third party repair company.

What do you mean it won't save date? What exactly are you pressing and what happens or doesn't happen?
Try this:
Open the Calendar App and Tap Calendar at the bottom of the screen. Make sure all calendars have checkmarks, then Tap Done. Do your events show up now? -

It sounds like you may have multiple problems, but none of them are likely to be caused by malware.
First, the internet-related issues may be related to adware or a network compromise. I tend to lean more towards the latter, based on your description of the problem. See:

If investigation shows that this is not a network-specific issue, then it's probably adware. See my Adware Removal Guide for help finding and removing it. Note that you mention AdBlock as if it should have prevented this, but it's important to understand that ad blockers do not protect you against adware in any way. Neither would any kind of anti-virus software, which often doesn't detect adware.
As for the other issues, it sounds like you've got some serious corruption. I would be inclined to say it sounds like a failing drive, except it sounds like you just got it replaced. How did you get all your files back after the new drive was installed?

I have proble of "cannot connect to itunes store. After I have updated the new software ios6, the problem arised in one of my mobile. In the second mobile, I didnot updated the software.Today in the morning, the problem ariesed in that mobile as well. I cannot open the itunes, don't have access to apple store . I tried to solve the problem like going to setting, general, Date and time, automatically off, keeping one year ahead date. I tried all the possible options I could get from the googel. No - I have not tried other routers on my network.
What I meant was I could use my itouch on other users wireless networks without any issues.
I'll update the routers DNS to try using Google's 8.8.8.8 instead of my ISP.
Is the issue DNS performance using local ISP -or are there other possibel isues when using local isp DNS? -
Since I have updated my iPhone 4 iOS 7.1 to iOS 7.1.1, my phone doesn't have any communication anymore. I have tried to take out my Sim card and put it again or Power on/off and restarted it again... but with no success.
Please help meMine did the same thing 2 days in a row i get the phone and no service I put it in flight mode and back & still nothing I have power down then restart. BTW mine is factory unlocked

iOS 5.1.1 Software Update - just tried to update and it didn't work! Got to the final stages and was presented with error 1602! My screen now has the frozen image of the itunes logo and usb thing. Happened once before - funnily enough when doing an update back in November - I had to visit an Apple store to have the phone restored. Would appreciate any advice as I would like to avoid another trip to the apple store.
found the real problem.
In my laptop where it couldn't detect the iphone and ipad, this folder is missing:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\Drivers
The ipad was wrongly using a microsoft driver.
I found the correct drivers in:
C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\usbaapl64.inf_amd64_neutral_c111a aecb61e9a2b
Copy the contents to
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\Drivers
After that, I had to update the driver for Ipad in device manager.
Ipad was found under: "Removable Devices", as a storage device.
Once that is fixed, itunes can detect ipad, and I can restore it.
Apple should really look into ensuring that folder doesn't go missing during itunes update process. -

I had the same problem on my Mac Pro, iPad, Macbook Pro. Could not load iTunes, App Store or any support community. Called Apple Care and she asked if I had rebooted my router in awhile. I had not. Each of these would load half way and then just stop. She said iTunes and App Store could be stopped as they are different than my Discover or e-Bay accounts, which were fine. So during the 75 min call I pulled the power cord of the Netgear Wi Fi router, let it sit for 2 or 3 min and then replugged the power adapter. In about 4 to 5 min the sites started to load, although not displayed correctly. After quitting and re-starting the apps in question they are working fine again. But this has happened twice now in a 6 hour time period. So give it a try, but also give it a couple of tries.

My apple tv quit working and I have done everythng listed on Apple's site as well as other help sites and nothing has fixed the problem. I have restarted and reset the apple tv, I have reinstalled itunes and I turned off and reset my router. All to no avail. Any suggetions?
Port is open and router recognizes the Apple TV. I noticed on the web that certain Apple TV's had problems and Apple was replacing the units. I am going to take the unit to the Apple Store and have the it checked to see if it is one of the units that don't work with the latest version of itunes.

I believe it's due to the Apple Application Support program only being 32 bit...Which is quite stupid if you ask me. You release everything as 64 bit, yet forget to update the Application Programming? Good job for a multi-billion dollar corporation! Now how about you find a work around to this issue instead of copy pasting the same stupid troubleshooting links for us?
