Itunes shows local song AND the Icloud/Imatch Version but wont play cloud version....

Downloaded latest Itunes.. I now see this weird behaviour on my Itunes music list .. I see the downloaded song then right below I see the Icloud version.. If i let it play it looks like it will play the version on the MAC and then the Icloud version... but it never 'finds' the icloud version to play it.. I have tried tiurning Match off and on but it still shows the same..
Any suggestions???

The apps and other content on the iPod did not transdfer with the purchase of the iPod. The lience to use them remains with the original purchaes. You should connect the iPod to your computer and restore the iPod to factory defaults/new iPod and purchase and sync you own media.

Either this needs to get fixed or i will request my money back because i will not work for my money while other lie about what i spend it on.

Try deleting the problematic tune (electing to remove original file if/when prompted) and then re-downloading the file from the iTunes store.
You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option from the Quick Links section in the top right corner of the iTunes homepage in your iTunes application on your computer.

Yes.
The album which the song has been listed under (on the song's page) is listed in your library under that album. The song is then removed automatically from the first album
No it's not.
Purchasing a new song or album will not affect any other song or album in your library.
In the case of the two albums you mention, if you purchase them both, you will have the same song (different copies) in both albums.

I tried to pay but something blocked my card and i'm getting a message that my payment method was declined. I contacted the bank they said i have money in the card and it's been used two days ago so it's ok but my money are blocked and it will take up to 45 days to unblocked them and they are not sure if i put more money that they won't be blocked as well. I don't have another card. Now i have to pay for two songs but can i wait until the money are unblocked? Timely payment means at the time of purchase, officially. If you've purchased songs and didn't have a valid payment method and hence now owe the iTunes Store money, then your iTunes Store account will most likely be blocked until such time as you can get the card unblocked or provide a different payment method. If you can't provide another card, then you will need to either wait until your existing card is unblocked or get a prepaid iTunes card and redeem that.

Import a garageband for iOS song always shows a 0% below projects.

It is just after I uploaded songs from my iOS garageband (newest version and iOS), I can see my projects on the "import a garageband for iOS song" window (also the latest version), but there were 0%s under the projects. I clicked the project icons but nothing happened.

MEANTIME: My main workaround is to:
1. Crank out an iMovie for iOS trailer video in HD 720 or HD 1080.
2. Copy the video file to the iMovie for Mac OS X machine.
3. Import the video file under a new Event under iMovie for Mac OS X.
4. Add a new Project to use to breakdown the video file into title sequences and "video well" shots.
5. Carefully Detach Audio from each "video well" shot.
6. Save and finalize the new Project for use as a "Trailer Template" Project.
7. Duplicate the "Trailer Template" Project for each New Trailer in that style.
8. And then insert new Event video sequences into video well shots.

Select one of the tracks with a broken link, press ctrl-i to Get Info. Say No when iTunes asks if you would like to locate the track, then look at the Summary tab for the location expects to find the file in.
Now try to locate the file in question. The two locations should give a clue as to what to do next.
Here is an example with a file I've deliberately moved from the new layout to the old pre-iTunes 9 layout.
This means iTunes is expecting to find the file at:
D:\iTunes\iTunes Media\Music\a-ha\Take On Me\01 Take On Me.mp3
but it isn't there because I've moved it to:
D:\iTunes\iTunes Media\a-ha\Take On Me\01 Take On Me.mp3
which is where it would have lived back in iTunes 8 (though the media folder would have been called iTunes Music back then as well).
If you can provide the expected and actual locations of a broken track I should be able to suggest the easiest way to resolve things.

Almost all my songs play except for about 8 or 9.

If only some of the songs on an album are giving you the authorisation message, that suggests those song files are damaged.
If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copies of the dodgy tracks and try redownloading fresh copies. For instructions, see the following document:

Otherwise, I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the items that are not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the items, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" links next to the items.

Try deleting the entries from the Movies part of your library (i.e. where you are trying to play them) and see if you get the cloud symbol next to them for re-downloading in the Purchased link
