I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the item that is not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the item, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item.

Im having trouble watching a movie on my ipad and it wont play on my computer because its not HD. My ipod wont take the new movie into its drive whne i try to sync it. Is there something Im not doing.

it is now set just 2 bars after the 15 minute mark....i'm gonna leave it here as it defaulted to this after i restarted it. it's probably not optimal, but it'll work for now. both slide bars have the cursor set between 15 mins and 1 hour (closer to the 15 minute mark actually). if i have issues, i will try something different. do you have any idea what caused this to begin with? i didn't actually touch these preferences at all.

Hi, ok. You didn't need to do that until you are offline tho. So if you want to re-enable the Resident Shield only now so you'll have protection. You'll be going on line to get the links, etc. The LinkScanner, just leave Disabled.
Download and SAVE to your Desktop the Uninstaller:

Close all browser windows, you only want to be looking at your Desktop.
Disable any messenger services, as yahoo, msn, etc in the system tray(area near the clock)
Disable AVG per instructions
Be sure to use the Administrator Account.
Run the Uninstaller and when finished, Reboot(restart) your computer.
Check to make sure AVG is still Disabled before running the Installer
Run the Installer for IE, and when finished, Reboot.
Re-enable AVG
Then go to this test site and test each browser:

Did you delete the song from your library prior to attempting the redownload?

Help !! I recorded videos on my blackberry playbook but when I play them back on my mac they're mute, no audio.

I recorded videos on my blackberry playbook, however when I play those same videos on my playbook there is audio and video. When I play the videos on my Mac (Mac Mini, running Snow Leopard) the videos work fine except the audio is dropped. The strange thing is that up until about 3 weeks ago, I could play the video and audio on my Mac. Only videos recorded in the last 2 or 3 weeks will not play properly on my Mac
Does anyone know how to fix this ?!

What are you using to play the videos on your Mac, Quicktime X? Try VLC Media Player or MPlayer OS X Extended.

If you've downloaded it on the iPad then it should be in the Videos app (iTunes on the iPad is just the iTunes store) :
If it's not in there then have you got a film age rating set in Settings > General > Restrictions that is hiding it ?

Mac app store does not offer rent or purchase movie down load for Pakistan, where as if choose the other region/country then it has but for payment through credit card a valid address of billing is equired. Can any one help me to convince apple to up grade the Pak Mac App Store so that I may enjoy the movies.

Itunes Movie down loads appear to be getting slower and slower in my area mates are having the same problem with their apple tv s we all use to be able to wath a rented movie straght away but now it take up to 6hrs to be able to watch a HD movie

I'm in NZ and have a 100Mbps link, tested on Speedtest, and downloads from Apple - and ONLY Apple - take forever (like 2Hr or more before a movie will even play). I've tried setting the DNS to my ISP's DNS manually. There is no local interference, WiFi is working well otherwise.
It isn't local to my network, and seeing as access to the internet otherwise isn't demonstrating this sort of sluggish behaviour, I'd say it isn't the ISPs problem either.And what do you know, lots of other people are reporting problems with access to Apple's services being glacial and getting slower over time.
It is patently clear where the problem is, and it is at Apple's end of things. They clearly have insufficient infrastructure to support downloads at a reasonable speed.

But I'm not the one to tell you how to do it; someone like "Illaass" (Illaass seems to know how to correct / fix almost anything!) will know how if you don't. Just look for the "cat" icon.

There's probably nothing you can to do fix this, since you purchased the movie yourself and there's no way to send it as a gift now other than re-purchasing it. You can, however, contact the iTunes Store, explain the mistake, and ask if there's anything they can do for you:

Unless you are in the US then films can't currently be re-downloaded from the store (and not all films can be in the US). If you are in the US then you could see if it's in the Purchased link on the left-hand side of the iTunes store home page for re-downloading : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519

Oh alright -- I manage to resolve my own stupidity quite abruptly, actually.
Shortly after posting this, I annoying took another gander at iTunes Store settings. To my own idiocy, I must have unchecked "Show iTunes purchases in the cloud" at some point. In my defense, though, the availability of songs in iCloud threw me off quite a lot.
Ha ha -- anyways, if anyone else is having the same problem, check there.
