i have the new iPod nano? but wont sync to my home pc? it connected then tells me i have to disconect then also re connect after?
but never gets any further?

If you mean that iTunes does not see your iPod:

- Try another cable
- Try another computer
- Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store.

If the reset does not work, try restoring the iPod. First from backup and if problem persists restore to factory defaults/new iPod.
If still problem that inidates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

I have the new iPod Touch but I'm having trouble syncing videos to my PC.

I got the iPod Touch 5. I recorded some videos and plugged my iTouch into my PC. When I try to download it, it let's me, but it can't play it. It is making me so mad. I tried on my laptop but it did the same thing. It apparently needs to know what I used to download it or make it. I tried but I can't make it work. PLEASE HELP!!!

Usually when you plug your iPod into your PC a folder should pop up. That folder holds all your photos and videos that you have taken or recorded. If you look through it enough, you can find that video you want, and drag it into the computer.

I have a new ipod nano and have created an Apple ID and provided all of my account details including address (shipping and billing and debit card). When trying to buy music through itunes I am told to review my account details. i.e. I cannot use itunes!!

I have created an Apple ID, reviewed and inputted all of my data for my account and still get told to 'review account' because my ID has not 'been used with Itunes before. Why is this happening and why don't apple have a more intuative way of dealing with this.

I think the problem is that the iPod got set to Manually manage music and videos. It needs to be set up for automatic syncing again. Just unchecking that Manually manage music and videos setting does not do it.
In iTunes 12, select the iPod in iTunes (using the device button), so that you see the iPod's "management" screen. In the sidebar (along left side of screen), there are two headings (Settings and On My Device). Under Settings, click on Music. To the right, you see the iPod's Music screen, where you tell iTunes how to sync songs to the iPod.
Check the box at the top for Sync Music. That turns ON automatic syncing for music. Below that, choose the option to sync Entire music library (assuming your music library fits completely on your iPod). Otherwise, you can choose the option to sync Selected playlists, artists, albums, and genres and make your selections below. Then click Apply.

The headphone jack on the nano is very tight when new. Push the jack all the way in, the plastic on the headset jack should be flush with the body of the nano.

IKR! But u an order a connector that can plug nto any old speakers and then connect to your charger port and it will play music!

I was wondering when the ipod touch will come out and have radio inbuilt into it like the new ipod nano. I used to have an ipod touch, lost it and got the nano and one of the best things about the nano was the FM radio! So I decided that I wouldn't buy an ipod touch until it had a radio because I listen to the radio more than my music... So I wanted to know how lond I would have to wait.

Hello! Not a problem, because you will get a Ipod Nano 1st generation as a replacement, not a new / latest generation.

HT1727 I lost my old iPod and bought a new one. The old one had many of MY personally owned and legally bought CDs on it. I have those iTunes backed up ant now I can't seem to "synch" them to the new iPod nano.

I can't seem to synch my new iPod nano to the legally purchased music from CDs that had been on my old iPod which I've lost.
I had a backup of all those iTunes that I want to import to the new nano.
How can I "synch" the new iPod nano to the music I see in an iTune library? The new iPod nano displays "no music" and
doesn't play anything.

You might consider restoring the iPhone, then removing the SIM card after activating the iPhone, so as to use it as an iPod Touch. This should prevent any unwanted association with a phone number, and thus, voicemail, as well.
